Everything - the staff are great, so friendly and considerate . Lovely food, lovely and clean
Unfortunately the room we were in you could hear the people upstairs walking around as the floor boards were really bad, also the actual bed was like a brick .
I like the health club and jacuzzi.
The location and the noise from the motorway. The bar could have been cleaner and the tables attended for empty glasses more often. The breakfast room is not the nicest

Our room was not 100% clean but we got moved to another room immediately. For the amount we paid everything is a little tired.

Restaurant food came out cold . Restaurant was empty but took over 40 mins for food to arrive. No toilet brush in hotel room bathroom . I have ulcerative colitis and need with my condition.
Brilliant hotel for the price. The spa/gym/ hot tub was a great bonus included in the price.

Food very good , staff very friendly, hotel clean . Has a spa . Seemed busy even in early part of the week.
