Workmen clattering past the door at 7:30am. Although I believe that it would be a one-off while some works were going on in a nearby room.

Card maching failed so i had to keep returning to pay
Very disappointed with the breakfast for £12.95 I would’ve expected it to have been hot and it wasn’t apart from the sausage. Everything else was cold nobody around to actually complain too and as I wanted to spend what time I could in the spa before checking out I just left it but would not bother with breakfast again. The rest of the hotel is absolutely brilliant.

Always friendly staff and the Manager went out of his way to book us in (on an "unbooked" evening) when we arrived earlier than expected. The food is really really good and the beers on tap have something for every beer drinker. We had breakfast and dinner and a few other meals with family - all were great. Very handy to the North Wales area. The re-vamp is amazing and the room exceeded our expectations. Really comfy bed and decent shower pressure. Very good coffee! Would stay here again without hesitation.

We like staying here lovely clean , staff lovely and the food is really lovely. And I love to us the stream room , juquzzi etc they really make you feel welcome . 2nd time we have stayed here thank you
The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was ideal for where we wanted to be.
The quality of breakfast was poor. Sound proofing is needed in the rooms as we could hear the person snoring next door. The ensuites need heated towel rails. In areas it looks a bit tired.
