Convenient for work liked the gym
Room had a funny smell as if the previous occupant had been smoking. Couldn’t get rid of it.
Staff were very welcoming. Food was excellent, great choice, well presented, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was comfortable (although a little hot in the heatwave) but fans available to help cool the room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious.
The outlook from our rooms, 54 and 55, was lovely over the field. It had sheep with lambs and swallows flying over.
No lift to help my friend who had had a knee replacement.
El hotel spa en sí está bien, el servicio de masajes fue muy bueno.
Servicio de limpieza inaceptable y mala atención: No nos limpiaron la habitación ni nos cambiaron las toallas en toda la estancia. Al quejarnos en recepción, en lugar de disculparse, nos echaron la culpa a nosotros. Nos dijeron que al hacer el check-in no habíamos marcado la casilla de "SÍ" para la limpieza. Al dejarla en blanco (porque nadie nos advirtió de esta extraña política y asumes que la limpieza está incluida), el hotel da por hecho que no la quieres. Una gestión pésima y una atención al cliente soberbia.
Cama demasiado pequeña: Sabíamos que la habitación era pequeña porque nos habían avisado, pero la cama era de 135 cm. Que la habitación sea pequeña no significa que la cama tenga que ser incómoda para dos personas; es algo que deberían especificar claramente.
Problemas de logística (Solo una llave): Solo te entregan una llave por habitación. Como la puerta solo se puede cerrar pasando la llave, la logística es imposible si uno baja a desayunar y la otra persona se queda en la habitación o en el baño, la puerta se queda abierta....
Conclusión: Las instalaciones y el spa prometen, pero el servicio al cliente, la rigidez de sus normas ocultas y los detalles de comodidad dejan muchísimo que desear. No volvería.
It was cheap and cheerful. We we're over for a wedding near buy so it suited our needs.
Lovely, relaxed and clean. Bedrooms were spotless.
Bar area very nice. Breakfast was good value.
Beds were a bit firm but everything else perfect.
We always stay at the Springfield and always have a great stay.
The staff are always amazing, the beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is exceptional.
