Pros:

An exceptional stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location with stunning bay views, and the room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Above all, the service was amazing: we arrived early and the staff went above and beyond to get our room ready quickly, even leaving special treats inside. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety.

Pros:

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Tatiana, the manager, welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. She provided excellent service, responded quickly to every request, and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos.

We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you, Tatiana, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Excellent stay.
Pros:

The hotel is well appointed and the location , a thirty min walk to the old town was exactly right for us.
The staff went out of their way to help us and when we had a problem with our room, promptly upgraded us.
I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Cons:

The weather unfortunately was very wet for the most part of our stay. However we made good use of the Spa when going outside wasn't very inviting.

Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi. Giriş saati 16 olmasına rağmen 13 de odalarımızı teslim ettiler. Ayrıca ücretsiz 3 odayıda upgrade ettiler. Çalışanlar hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Manzara şahaneydi. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Ayrıca arabanın anahtarını resepsiyona bırakmak şartıyla aracınızı girişe ücretsiz bırakabiliyorsunuz. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık. 2 gece kaldık her şey güzeldi.

Memorable and enjoyable stay

Location and service. Staffs were very kind with high quality service. Manager Mr.Gul and his crew took care of us so well including our dietary needs. Made our stay memorable. Bozidar at conceirge was very resourceful and helpful and planned our trips within Montenegro. Thanks to the entire team

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Gul Raiz und sein Serviceteam haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel und am Strand sehr angenehm gestaltet. Vor allem Aman hat uns beim Frühstück jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Hervorragender Service!

Exceptional - made by its staff
Pros:

The experience was made 10x better by the staff interactions from start to end. Not just helpful but I would say went above and beyond, demonstrating awareness, understanding and anticipating the needs of guests well. In particular, Tatjana excelled at seemingly always being energised, conversive and taking the weight of planning away, it seemed to me the staff there are leagues above. Bodojan was personable, VERY helpful and always had time to juggle multiple things at once, taking the initiative to sort the cars out, reassure the guests, order cabs and chase them up etc. Savo too was great!.Instantly room upgraded too. A very specific call out to Ranjeet who I would consider has rhe ability to run the entire catering wing. His customer interactions were exemplary. I dont say this all lightly. The hotel caters to high end VIP guests as well as regular folk like me! Example: I needed cash quickly to pay the speedboat. Anticipating this, they just gave me the cash and said we'll sort it later.. genuinely great convo and help. Absolutely would stay again. Its pricey, but you get what you pay for. Tatjana I imagine is a GM and her experience showed. Without these staff members, its just another nice hotel.

Cons:

Ok.. so to balance out the gushing over the service and staff. The not so great: turning up and being turned away from the garage (despite muktiple empty spots). I understand that perhaps it wasnt made abundantly clear on booking. Com that I would need to separately call and reserve a parking spot (booking didnt necessarily make this action explicit) vs just its payable at the hotel. In any case, garage man could have at least let me park for a few mins and check in given there were no parking spots outside the hotel. And then moved once i knew where i was going. This was remedied somewhat by Bodojan who said just dump it there wherever you are and give me your keys. Do not worry. We will effectively be your valet. Great recovery by the staff!

The spa is a bit of a trek through said garage - I didnt end up using it.
