Customer service at its best
Pros:

The staff at the reception were excellent and went out of their way to help us. Special thanks to jimmy who looked after us at emergency following a medical event. His help was invaluable.

Come to enjoy Chiang Mai just for 2 night! You will love this place.

Staff Dao & Poy were super helpful & friendly all the time, during my 3 days 2 nights stay!! The knowledge they have and the way of they welcomed the guest makes you feel special!! They were super supportive & passionate people. (How could you not fall in love with the hotel!)

Location was perfect! You can get 7-11 & food around with walking distance.

The room it’s amazing as well! The hotel style of Modern Lanna. And the room itself was super clean! Comfy bed & pillows too. Everything just amazing here.

This accommodation it’s definitely a gem in Chiang Mai. I am looking forward to come back again!! Thanks for making my stay unforgettable!!

Pros:

服務人員態度超好，有些會說中文，所以出國不方便的部分也都可以協助，住宿位置在那裡都都很方便，附近有可以租摩托車或腳踏車車的店，週日夜市就在下面非常方便，早餐很有泰式風格，都可以在裡面就可體驗到，泳池也很棒，可以帶泳衣去游泳
