Schönes und sauberes Hotel in der Altstadt

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt, was insbesondere am Wochenende für die Nachtmärkte super ist. Das Bett war bequem, die Klimaanlage leise und das Frühstück gut. Auch das Personal ist top organisiert – das war auf unserer dreiwöchigen Reise nicht bei allen Hotels der Fall. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt haben wir zudem ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Wir waren anschließend noch einmal dort, als wir aus Pai zurückgekommen sind.

Beautiful hotel and we will be back again

Pros:

Aksara Heritage exceeded our expectations. I chose it because of the good location and we really liked staying in the Old Town. The hotel setting was so peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing around the pool after hectic days. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the staff was helpful and courteous I would stay there again without hesitation.

Cons:

We didn't love the on-site restaurant but it was serviceable.

I want to go back! I would choose this hotel again if I ever go back to Chiang Mai.
Pros:

Everything is exceptional! The hotel is beautiful, the stuff is the nicest ever, they are so attentive and helpful and kind. The breakfast was so delicious. We were actually sad we had to leave today.

Cons:

Nothing. I liked everything.
