Hotel over priced for the service proposed :
- restaurant dirty with thousand of flies while you eat inside
- non fresh bread in the breakfast, poor breakfast products
- rooms dirty with flies, ants, mosquitos,and not maintained..
- no internet in room as described in the reservation
Asked for pillows and have been wziting 4hours and got them after 5calls to reception

- Tunisian team very friendly,
- italian staff ignoring completly tunisian customers for animation and activities


Except the beautiful pool , beach , garden hotel not worth 4 stars and deserve a serious refurbish and maintenance and training to staff
