Great hotel. I’d stay there again!
Pros:

Incredible rooftop pool and facilities. Perfect for enjoying it with friends.

Worth it.
Pros:

The hotel is relatively smaller in relation to those around the same area but they make up in every single way. Everything was amazing. I'll list my top things that I was observing:
1. The hotel is clean across the board, they are actively cleaning throughout the day - it invites to make use of the facilities as they have 2 pools ( one on the rooftop (medium size), and one by the lobby (really big pool)).
2. Friendly/attentive staff - everyone was incredibly caring and friendly, from the easy check in, bartender, waiter, guards, janitorial team, concierge, and security guard. All of them were super attentive throughout the entire stay, never pushy or expecting a tip. The carried the luggage to our room during check in, and loaded our luggage into our car during checkout. One of the friendliest staff I've encountered in recent trips
3. Parking - parking is free, only one entrance with one guard screening everyone in, and it's a roofed parking lot with a direct access to the elevator that leads to the rooms
4. Room service - 10-25 bucks for 3-4 dishes delivered to the room. Perfect when craving late night snacks as the service is 24/7.
5. Gym Equipment - it's common for hotels to have a very small gym space, but this one had 5 cardio machines, 3 weight machines, and 1 whole set of weights (from 2.5kg to 35kg) It was cleaned, well maintained, with A/C, and right beside the pool and bar, so right after a morning workout you could quickly jump into the pool and then grab something to eat.
6. Room is almost as accurate as advertised, if anything I found the room to be a lot bigger than I expected. You can easily fit your luggage, there is a small fridge, shower is massive, washroom is separated from the shower, there's a safe, a desk, high speed wifi that doesn't disconnect every 5 minutes, view was pretty, spacious balcony, good A/C, and a comfortable bed.

Amazing place.

I don't have any negative feedback. 10/10 on this place.

Overall, the hotel was lovely. It’s too bad that DAVID made our last day here miserable
Pros:

Heidi is so very friendly and such an amazing asset to the hotel. She goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect. Her beautiful photo is attached.

Cons:

David is a total jerk. Avoid dealing with this person! I don’t know how this man keeps his job. David’s photo is attached avoid him at all cost.
