Pros:

All necessities were provided. Room was clean and new. Staff was nice and friendly. I enjoyed staying there. Location is not far from the downtown, just a few stops by the subway.

Cons:

It was a little bit far from the station (around 15 minutes). I didn't really mind walking, but if you don't like it, better to rent bike or go by the bus.

Lovely staff, room smelt like smoke.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

The room we were in smelt like someone had been chain smoking in there. The hotel is a smoke-free hotel and unfortunately was fully booked so we couldn’t change rooms. The room itself was otherwise comfortable. Not as close to tourist points as we would’ve liked.

Good location but cleanliness, comfort, and service response need significant improvement.
Pros:

The location is very good, close to major attractions and convenient for getting around. The free laundry service was also a great advantage and very appreciated during our stay.

Cons:

Our toilet was blocked, and the staff only provided a solution the next morning. In the meantime, we were asked to use the toilet at the reception, and our room was not changed, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the room was not cleaned properly, especially the shower, which had hair and dust. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel hallway.

A very pleasant little hotel in Beijing and very affordable in comparison to other hotels.
Pros:

Close by to some of the main attractions in Beijing which was perfect. The room itself was very cozy and had everything we needed.

Cons:

There is a strange smell occasionally in the hallway but other than that, no other issues.
