boa localização e funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos e educados

Cons:

ficamos no quarto familiar, que acomoda quatro pessoas. achei o conforto insuficiente, considerando ser uma hospedagem de valor elevado
não havia boa vedação nem cortinas nas janelas, o quarto ficava muito claro logo que o dia amanhecia
o ar condicionado não conseguiu climatizar o quarto adequadamente
além do banheiro ser pequeno, o ralo do box não escoava a água de forma adequada, sendo necessário fechar o chuveiro durante o banho para evitar o alagamento do banheiro
a limpeza do quarto de forma geral também deixou a desejar - inclusive um dia não houve serviço de arrumação; reclamamos na recepção e eles agiram de forma correta, trocaram as toalhas e nos serviram uma bebida como cortesia
a equipe da recepção é muito gentil e solícita, um ponto alto do hotel, mas o restante deixou a desejar

Es war schrecklich. Ich wurde überalle massen enttäuscht.

Die lage war oke.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein, dreckig und in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und es war viel zu heiss. Der ständige Lärm im Hotel und der Baustelle neben an war auch sehr störend. Ein Rauchmelder der mitten in der Nacht irrtümlicherweise losgegangen ist. Das Zimmer wurde schlecht oder garnicht geputzt.

Great trip
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of lots of attractions, restaurants, bars etc. which made our trip very fun and easy. The room was also very comfortable and quiet so we all had a good nights sleep!

Cons:

Would have been great if the room had a fridge as it was quite hot the weekend we stayed and cold drinks in the room would have been ideal.
