Pros:

Location was just perfect,very close to all museums,5min walk and few tram stops away from other tourists attractions.
Also the breakfast was very good and staff was kind.

Cons:

I would prefer smaller pillows,they were too big for.me and kids.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Max Brown Hotel in Amsterdam in November 2026. I highly recommend this hotel for its very kind and helpful staff, great location and the beautiful design of the rooms. The welcome drink was a lovely surprise as well!

Cons:

The room I stayed in was a small room with two double beds. Although nicely decorated and comfortable, it was quite compact and lacked basic amenities, such as a chair or a small desk to make tea or organize my belongings.

Pros:

El edificio me gustó para ver su estructura arquitectónica e interior, la decoración muy bien y la recepción me gustó.

Cons:

El secador de pelo, un poco más de espacio para colocar la ropa, poder usar los ordenadores más cómodamente y muchos objetos en la habitación que no se usan como una lámpara en la mesa que no estaba enchufada o un ventilador que ocupaban espacio.

Staff amazing. Room very small and it was a medium room that we had.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Thoughtful and appreciated touches in the room.

Cons:

The room was quite cold overnight and the bathroom; shower especially a learning curve to use.

Excellent location for the museums, room was 'compact'
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Perfect for the museums, close to a tram stop. Quirky, groovy feel to the hotel

Cons:

Room was small, quite hard to move about in it. Bed took up most of the room. They probably would have been better off putting less other things (eg chairs) in there. Also quite noisy anytime anyone went up and down the stairs.
