The accommodation is very beautiful and has a really cozy atmosphere. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.

However, the courtyard/terrace shown in the photos was not available for use, which was a bit disappointing. Also, we think it would have been important to mention in advance that there is a small child living in the house.

We were four friends spending a weekend in Amsterdam and had specifically planned a child-free getaway to relax from our busy everyday lives, so this came as a bit of a surprise at the beginning. It did not cause any real disturbance during our stay, but we would have appreciated knowing about it beforehand.

Overall, we had a nice stay, but clearer communication about these points would make the experience even better.

Verlängertes Wochenende in Amsterdam
Pros:

Die Wohnungs Verwalterin war super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie war sofort zur Stelle wenn man fragen hatte.
Die Lage ist ruhig und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
In beiden Schlafzimmer stehen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen !!!

Cons:

Wir waren im Herbst vor Ort, bei angenehmen Temperaturen. Da die Wohnung über zwei Ebenen geht (ein Schlafzimmer ist in der Dachspitze) und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, glauben wir das es im Hochsommer dort oben unerträglich warm wird. Man hat im Wohnzimmer eine große Fensterfront mit schöner Aussicht, aber leider fehlen dort Sonnenrollos.
Was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt auch zum Problem werden könnte, sind die nicht vorhandenen Kleiderschränke.
Die Lichtschalter waren teilweise sehr lustig.
Machte man z.b in einem Schlafzimmer das Licht aus, ging es in der Küche an 😄

Séjour très agréable ..je recommande à 💯
Pros:

L’accueil d’Eva personne très souriante..la décoration chaleureuse et de très bon goût.. la salle de bain lumineuse avec sa baignoire et la grande douche.. la vue sur les champs avec des vaches et des moutons.. tout en étant en ville avec des vrais habitants!!.. pas des touristes😊
Léa a des délicates attentions chocolat vinaigre huile sel savon👍🏻
La cuisine est très bien équipée le canapé et les fauteuils sont confortables c’est rare!!
Le prêt de vélos est très sympa aussi !!👍🏻

Cons:

Les avions très nombreux et la chambre côté rue n’a pas de double vitrage ..dommage!
Les rideaux ne sont vraiment pas OCCULTANTS !! Trop dommage😏

El apartamento está nuevo y bien equipado. Está en una zona tranquila bien comunicada con el centro con autobús y metro (25 min)

Cons:

Tiene unas escaleras de acceso complicadas si vas con maletas grandes o si tienes algún problema de movilidad

Great stay in the suburbs of Amsterdam - lovely to leave the busy city but still close and convenient.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable and we loved having use of the bikes included. Beautiful view from the property , helpful host and everything we needed for our stay.
