因为我是只在酒店住了一晚，所以第一天早上我在10点钟的时候离开酒店，那里的前台一个女生仍然愿意为我提供早餐，他知道我不太听的懂英语，一直说，这是一份美味的早餐，要我一定要等着。所以服务质量对我而言没问题。然后就是入住当晚我被楼下的一个买画的商贩给骗了250埃磅，说真的，我也没想到会被骗，然后我只能自认倒霉。但是酒店的老板，就是在我回到酒店的时候，我将这一件事告诉他，尽管和他交谈语言不通，但通过手机翻译他了解事情之后，亲自带我去向那个骗子要回我的钱。真的，你不懂出国在外，这种感觉真的无比感动。那一晚我睡的格外舒服，感谢他，让我的埃及之旅有一个很好体验。
可能就是没有空调吧。但是，请相信我，在那个房间里面，室外的温度是37摄氏度的情况下，你洗完澡躺在床上依然不会觉得热。这出乎我的意料。
Dirty no shampo no towel and smell bad
De ligging om het museum en de oude stad te voet te bezoeken was uitstekend. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen met een drankje!
Slecht bed, je voelt de veren erdoor, veel last gehad van jong gezin dat veel lawaai maakte tot diep in de nacht. We hebben dus zeer slecht geslapen.
De hygiene kan ook een pak beter.

The room has hairs, dust, and cigarette butts. The linens were stained. The shower had hot water for about 4 minutes before it runs out, and that's after they turned on the water heater. They were doing remodeling and it was noisy and smelly. I made a point that they shouldn't have allowed any booking until they were done and made sure the room was decent. The window had a piece of cardboard to close it off :/ When I asked them to fix it, they placed a vinyl image to cover the window area.
The location is perfect, in the city center, in a walk distance to the Egyptian muzeum in Cairo and El-Tahrir square. The first room was a little smell from pipes in building, but they promptly changed it to me and then the room was nice and clean. The staff is doing the best for you to enjoy your stay. There is historical café cross the street and nearby is also very good restorant Felfela with delicious egyptian cuisine. The staff in a guestouse was polite and they made me a breakfast even they do not offer. It is a little harder to find - just go in the passage near the Primos pizza and the guest house in on the 3rd floor.

Coming to Egypt can feel nerve-wracking, but this hotel provided my friends and me with a warm, home-like experience. We arrived in Cairo early in the morning on an overnight bus, carrying our luggage with nowhere to stay. Initially, we just wanted to leave our bags at the hotel, but we were incredibly lucky that the owner allowed us to check into an available room early. We were so grateful! The receptionist was also super beautiful, sweet and kind.
The next day, we had breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Later, our flight was delayed, and luckily, the breakfast kept us full, so we didn’t go hungry.
Our room faced a beautiful street view, but the thick curtains kept it quiet and peaceful. The room was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable—both my friend and I agreed it was the best sleep we had during our trip to Egypt! The location is super convenient as well. For Chinese travelers, there’s a great, authentic Lanzhou noodle shop called 马家面馆 just a 6-minute walk from the hotel—it was such a treat!
When taking a taxi to the location, look for the entrance to a tall building. Next to it, there’s a restaurant with a black, modern pizza-shop-like décor. Enter through the building’s main entrance, take the elevator to the third floor, and you’ll find the hotel.
If you’re looking for a warm, cozy, and convenient stay in downtown Cairo, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. It was such a great experience!
the photos of rooms totaly different than what is shared in booking site,as soon as we entered this hotel we decided to look for booking another hotel and and we did any way we lost booking fee.

The location is very good. Right in the center. This is the only good thing about this place.
Where to start? It's not the easiest to find. Don't believe the pictures. Those are pictures of the owners room. None of the rooms look like that. We have been offered a 2x single bed room or a double bed one. We choose the double one as we are a married couple. The room was stinking of cigarette even with the parfume cover. Didn't work. The furnitures from a junkyard and stinks of cigarette as well. We are non smokers. The place was dirty. The bathroom is full on hair. The worst thing for us was the bad as it was full on pubic hair. I don't know when the linen was changed. They couldn't give us new fitted linen just poliester tops so we covered the bed and the blanket as well. The ac blew smoke smell as well. The door had a big piece glass on so you can't sleep if you not cover it. After we had the complaints for the owner we have been offered a different room which was about the same so we stayed as I already cleaned it myself. To be honest we stayed in the hotel because we had to pay in advance. Worst experience ever so far. The bathroom is very small. You can't enter without hitting the sink. Shower together with the toilet. For this money you can choose a much better hotel in the same area.
the receptionists mahmoud and roshan are both exceptional. they are very helpful, friendly and professional in deaaling with the issues. two thumbs up for them.
bathroom/toilet needs renovating. rubbish bin and tissue not available in the toilet. wash sink basin toilet bowl very slow to flush. also located near the reception which everyone can hear from outside. you have to squeeze yourself in the wash basin just to take your shower.
The hotel was so nice! Very clean and the workers so kind, They cared a lot about me, they were very attentive.
The location was perfect.
Breakfast can be better.
