Cons:

Ça sentait très mauvais dans la chambre : odeur de moisissures / renfermé.
Dormir avec des cheveux et poils d’inconnus dans le lit.
Le sol était sale comme la salle de bain.
Nous n’avons jamais eu le code wifi.
Malgré être au premier étage et à l’autre bout de la réception nous avons entendu la réception parler une partie de la nuit. Après leur avoir mentionner le matin en partant, pas d’excuses.
La TV ne fonctionne pas.
Pas de fenêtres.
Bref même pour une nuit il faut passer son chemin.

Su ubicación, justo en zona centro lejos de los ruidos de las discotecas, cerca de la estación de ADO, todo muy cerca y cómodo, zona segura, recomiendo el hotel, todo muy lindo, cómodo y seguro.

Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

L’amabilité du personnel et son emplacement. De plus, nous avons eu un souci avec notre climatisation et le personnel s’est montrée très réactif pour nous trouver une solution.

Cons:

J’ai retrouvé des cheveux et des poils qui n’étaient pas à moi dans le lit et la douche alors que la chambre était censée être « propre ». Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et une odeur nauséabonde se dégager des canalisations. De plus, l’eau avait une texture bizarre, « pegueuse » et dans notre nouvelle chambre, il n’y avait pas de frigo. C’est dommage parce que ce sont des détails qui peuvent être réglé facilement et qui constitue la base dans un hôtel notamment la propreté. Une chance que le personnel était aimable. Je ne suis pas une voyageuse avec beaucoup d’attente, c’est même très rare que je laisse des avis négatifs, mais vraiment c’était une très mauvaise expérience pour moi.

La ubicación ya que había mucho comercio y restaurantes cerca del hotel.

Cons:

La ducha nunca funcionó por lo que no tuvimos agua caliente en el hospedaje y en algunos casos no llegaba la suficiente agua.
