I have stayed here by myself and this time with my parents and each time has been great!
Pros:

Pros:

I was expecting a good breakfast. What is a bagel without a cream cheese. I requested on the first day the reception desk for a cream cheese to be available but even on the next breakfast it's still not available. Not much & not good choices for breakfast. We went down @ 8:45am for breakfast & the food was not refilled.

It was ok for sleeping but nothing else

Location was easy enough.

Cons:

When I arrived, there was no one in the front to help the 3 people waiting for help. When she came up things went well enough. I had booked thru booking.com an hour before I arrived and she said she had not got it set up yet it would be a few mins. no problem. I had issues with the key since both keys where in the sleeve it would not let me in. Had to go back down to figure that out. When I got in the room the beds looked messy, but I was tired, so I accepted. When to the bathroom and there was weewee on the floor in front of toilet, and behind the door there was dirty towels. Bathroom was not cleaned. I let management know as I left that cleaning crew had failed in cleaning that room.

Pros:

It’s new. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms are spacious as was the bathroom. The location was optimal.
