Good for rest. Only booked for the cinnamon rolls.

No cinnamon rolls. Most of the tv channels did not work.

Beautiful Clean Excellent Facility. Great rooms I don’t think I’ve stayed in such a wonderful place as this.

Nice pool, nice clean rooms
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. The reservation didn't show on their end that I had booked 2 queens and a sofa bed. He initially offered me a blow up mattress, which was a ridiculous idea considering I'm paying for a room but after telling him that wasnt going to work at all he then offered a second room for no extra cost.

Cons:

Breakfast on the second day was out of everything. One of the elevators broke down on the second day. Also, we had a clogged toilet during all this and I let the front desk know and they just dropped off a plunger in a bag, which was fine with me, but they didn't give me gloves or anything to do the job with.

Pros:

breakfast was not really good. no individual milk for the cereal, just a gallon in the cooler. cooked eggs and meat were pretty bad.

Great location. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Either ceiling is thin or we had noisy people above us. We heard them until 11:30 pm constantly walking, stomping, and running and again at 6:30 am. So, we did not get sleep/rest from the long day and travel we had.

Great location and nice hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer but the trip didn't allow us to.
Pros:

Breeakfast was excellent and appreciated the ease of having it hot and ready.

Cons:

Noise from the people above us. They were jumping up and down at 9:30 and got up and running / heavy walking at 6 am. Was hard to sleep with them above us making the noise.

Friendly staff, modern, super clean
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Chattanooga! The room was modern, clean and well thought out( I liked the hooks w/ the stand near the entry door). Had plenty of space for luggage, hanging clothes, large tv, even a small safe and a nice bath ( glass shower doors). All toiletries were included and even a night light in the plug- in, in the bathroom. Soft and firm pillows on the beds were a nice touch as well. Breakfast was a nice variety with pancakes, scrambled eggs, and a meat group ( cereal, yogurt, and pastries too). Guy that checked us in spoke to us every time we passed his desk, can't say that happens everywhere you go. Would definitely stay here again!! We enjoyed the outdoor pool too!

The bath door was heavy, needed a door stop

Yummy breakfast, quiet stay, great value
Pros:

The bed and pillows were super comfy. The breakfast was yummy. Those cinnamon rolls are to die for. It was quiet and the heated pool was nice although a little too chilly that day since it’s outside.
