Good stay, good location, good staff, good value for money
Pros:

It is a new hotel and very clean. The person at the reception was very helpful. When I said I wanted to change the initial room offered to me, he provided me an AC room (although my booking was non-AC). That room did not have TV was the only drawback and he asked me whether I need TV; when I said no, he gave me that room. Another room would have required me to pay an additional 300 Rs.

Cons:

Not a big issue, but to reach the floor, you have to go into the basement and take a lift from there - there is no lobby for the building. This is Ok as everyone going to the floors above 1 go this way, and there are many people going to the Cult gym as well this way.

Location and Parking facility was available.

Cons:

There were cockroaches and ants on the bed. Even after asking the staff to change the bed sheets, a lot of ants bit through the night. There was no geyser or hot water facility. The matress and room design were of a very poor state. AC temperature wouldn't go below 24°c. Overall very poor.
