Worst and Booking.com should refund 100% amount back to customer. No more comment but 100% worst

Nothing. No courtesy in staff.

Cons:

I have booked the hotel with " Breakfast Included: but while check-out they asked for payment of Breakfast and shown Mobile app wherein clearly mentioned " Breakfast Included" but they did not believe and finally I paid for Breakfast. Invoice was not received while checkout on 24.02.2026 which was collected by me on 26.02.2026.

Cleanliness in room , bedsheets were used and hair everywhere . Staff try to cheat you by taking bill money on their personal account (literally overcharging)
