Ioannidis - Sigri Studios

Το καταλυμα χρειαζεται μεγαλιτερη προσοχη στην καθαριοτητα ιδιαιτερα του μπανιου. Αγορασαμε χλωρινη και το καθαρισαμε μονοι μας. Το ιδιο και το παμπαλαιο κουζινακι και τα κουζινικα. Το δωματιο χρειαζεται aircondition και να αλλαζονται τα σεντονια και οι πετσετες. Πεντε ημερες μειναμε και δεν αλλαχτηκε τιποτα. Το μπαλκονι ειχε δυο πλαστικες καρεκλες, η μια ραγισμενη. Στο μπανιο εκτος απο το χαρτι υγειας δεν υπηρχε τιποτα αλλο, ουτε καν σαπουνακι για τα χερια. Ειμαστε συχνοι ταξιδιωτες και μπορουμε να κρινουμε οτι το δωματιο ειναι πανακριβο σε σχεση με πολυ καλλιτερα σε αλλες περιοχες της Λεσβου.

Το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό και παλιό. Επιπλέον, θα χρειαζόταν λίγη περισσότερη φροντίδα στην καθαριότητα, ειδικά στα ντουλάπια, στο μπάνιο και γενικά στα έπιπλα, ώστε η διαμονή να είναι πιο άνετη και ευχάριστη. Γενικά, το κατάλυμα έχει μεγάλες προοπτικές να γίνει ακόμα καλύτερο.

Το μπάνιο ήταν παλιό και καθόλου άνετο. Είχε λεκέδες από πολυετή χρήση.

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία δεν ήταν αυτή που περιμέναμε. Το διαμέρισμα έχει πολύ παλιό εξοπλισμό και σε έπιπλα και σε παροχές. Στο.μπανιο ίσα που χωρας να μπεις, οι βρύσες θέλουν όλες αλλαγή. Τα στρώματα δεν είναι καθόλου άνετα..γενικώς θέλει ριζική ανακαίνιση.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from comfortable. The room was exposed to direct sunlight throughout the day, causing it to become unbearably hot. Even though we checked in late in the evening, the temperature inside was still above 35°C.

There were no mosquito screens on the windows, making it impossible to leave them open at night. The room was also not cross-ventilated, so there was no natural airflow to help cool things down. While the amenities listed a fan, it turned out to be a small floor fan that could only provide limited relief—and only for one person at a time.

Additionally, the room had only two electrical outlets, which was very inconvenient for charging devices or using any personal electronics.

The wardrobe was entirely filled with extra bedding, leaving no space for our clothes, which added to the discomfort.

Access to the hotel by car was very difficult, especially since there was no signage indicating the hotel’s name. There was also no designated parking area, which made arrival and departure quite stressful.

Overall, we found the stay disappointing due to the lack of basic comfort and practicality.

Leider kam das Wasser beim Spülen von der Toilette raus, aus dem Rohr das an die Wand befestigt wurde. Das ganze Boden war nass mit dreckigen Wasser.

The apartment was somewhat tired and would benefit from updating.
There was no showerhead hook on the wall in the en-suite shower room.
We felt the nightly charge was slightly on the high side, however, this is probably because it is located in Sigri where there is not that much competition.
The property was not easy to locate and didn't appear to have any signs identifying it as the Ioannidis - Sigri Studios.
There is no parking at the property but plenty of free parking is available around the port area at the entrance to the town which is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Need more attention to the overused equipment (wc, bed mattress) and I noticed some areas that could have benefited from a bit more attention during cleaning (bed frames, balcony chairs etc.).
