On ne peut pas faire plus proche que cet hôtel pour visiter le magnifique couvent Santa Catalina, qui domine le centre-ville. De plus, l’établissement dispose d’une jolie terrasse intérieure. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnel très arrangeant. Mon sac à dos a été gardé durant une excursion de deux jours. Et la réceptionniste avait même pensé à me préparer un petit déjeuner sans que je le demande.

Spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds,speedy internet,strong hot water pressure,helpful staff ,copious breakfast on the lovely small verandah with amazing views of the volcanors.Excellent location,just oposite Santa Catalina's cloister.
It gets rather noisy at night from cars passing by.
La ubicación es excelente y la atención de la joven y el señor de la recepción fue estupenda. Nos cuidaron el equipaje luego de hacer el check out y cuando volvimos a retirar solicitamos usar una habitación libre para ducharnos y hacer tiempo por media pensión y aceptaron. La ducha tiene agua caliente y muy buena presión.
Están un poco desactualizadas las instalaciones. Deberían dejar toallas de mano, solo dejan para ducharse y para el piso.

Ottima struttura a 2 passi dalla piazza principale. Ambiente pulito, confortevole e comodissimo.
Personale disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti su ogni necessità. Ho dimenticato un cappello in camera sono riuscita a recuperarlo contattando l'albergo da una turista che ha fatto da tramite, gentilezza UNICA.
Assolutamente da consigliare è un posto speciale!

La ubicación.
Las habitaciones sencillas pero cumplieron con las expectativas y relación calidad/precios. Un poco ruidoso porque las habitaciones están en un patio central. El desayuno sencillo y hay que pagar cualquier extra, aunque sea 1 huevo más (pagué 1 sol),
Parecía que estaba dentro de la discoteca del costado. No pude dormir nada.
La habitación estaba limpia y el baño también. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas sin problema. El personal muy bien.
Está al lado de una discoteca, nadie nos avisó y a las 11:30 de la noche empezó a sonar la música muy fuerte.
De locatie is heel goed. Ontbijt personeel is heel vriendelijk!
Ten minste een kamer is niet verhuurbaar vanwege geluidsoverlast van club/disco ernaast.
