Buena sobre todo por la ubicacion al frente de un gran centro comercial

El hotel esta super bien ubicado. El unico inconveniente es que me quisieron cobrar el IVA sabiendo que no era residente de Colombia. Estipulaban argumentos de No tener un sello PT90. Al final despues de 30 minutos de discussion con el personal, en la noche me regresaron el IVA. Pero para uno como cliente, que se quieran aprovechar es lo que considero desagradable.

Cons:

Perdida de tiempo con el personal de No aceptar que yo NO era residente de Colombia y aprovecharse a cobrar el IVA. La ley no contempla tener un sello PT90 para poder decir que uno no es residente. Lo peor es que lo tienen escrito en booking de esa manera. Si el oficial de Inmigracion coloca un sello PT15, dan a entender que No aceptararn que uno No es residente.
