The staff is nice ONLY good thing
Place is clean but location not ideal for feeling comfortable as a foreigner after a while the place feels uncomfortable.
Do not book for more than two-three days this area is NOT for long term, outside the hotel
Is very smelly and the area is not nice, ubers in this area will scam you and demand for money do not fall for it, there are no near groceries to buy good food just chips and drinks. My shower flooded every time i took a shower and became super dangerous for me to get out and slippery, request a room change if this happens. The hotel is a bit tucked away in an ally it can become hard for ubers to find it. Transportation in this area Is redicously high!
First and foremost, the hotel staff were truly wonderful. They were very helpful to me; Abdullah Salem, in particular, was very kind and courteous. The lady who first greeted me at the front desk was also quite helpful. Another thing was that the rooms were very clean I found the room to be cleaner than I had expected. Even the bed smelled so fresh that I slept soundly. The hotel’s location was also quite close to the pyramids, which is an added bonus.
I usually remember hotels because of the people, and that's exactly what happened here. Everyone was kind and professional, the breakfast was enjoyable every morning, and the rooftop restaurant had a lovely atmosphere.

My bed didn’t have clean sheets. There was hairs. Confusion between currencies being quoted EGP£, US$ or EU$.
Usually, I only care about having a clean room and a good location, but this hotel offered more than that. The staff were genuinely kind and always willing to help, which made the stay much more enjoyable.
After visiting busy tourist areas all day, it was great coming back to a hotel with such a relaxed atmosphere. The location was practical, and the staff always greeted us with a smile whenever we returned.

Petit bémol concernant la salle de bain : la douche est située au milieu de la pièce, sans rideau ni séparation, ce qui entraîne rapidement l’inondation de toute la salle de bain. C’est le seul point qui mériterait une amélioration.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and always available whenever we needed help or recommendations. The location was very convenient and made it easy to visit the pyramids and move around the area comfortably.
I arrived at the hotel very late at night, they took me to the amazing rooftop to look at the Pyramids, the great thing about staying in Giza is you can see them every day! The entrance to the pyramid is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and all around the area is full of restaurants and cafes! All the people in the staff from the Reception and the bar on the top floor Slerihan, Nour, Menna, Mahmoud, Ali and Abdullah treated us so nice we felt special! They helped us in everything we needed, they were ready to assist us with anything, give us information and made us feel like home! The breakfast was also very good!
