The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view which we enjoyed a lot during our stay.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable right away. The room was very clean and cozy, and everything was prepared nicely for our arrival. One of the best parts of the stay was the rooftop view, which was beautiful especially during the evening. The reception team also helped us arrange a tour, and it was very well organized and convenient. Overall, the hospitality here is wonderful and we truly appreciated the kindness of the staff during our stay.

Kahvaltı orta seviyede,akşam yemekleri çok kötü, konum iyi.
16/19 / 2026 tarihleri arasında Kahire’de bulunan otelinizde konakladık. Konaklamamız boyunca birçok konuda mağduriyet yaşadık. Aşağıda yaşadığımız sorunları açık ve net şekilde iletiyorum:
1. Piramitlere yürüme mesafesi yaklaşık 3 dakika olmasına rağmen, tarafımıza özel araçla 2 km uzaklıktaki farklı bir kapıya götürülüp 70 USD ücret talep alınmıştır. Daha sonra başka bir personele durumu ilettiğimizde, bu ücretin Nil tekne turu ile telafi ederiz dedi ve nil tekne turu için ödeme yapmadık.
2. Büyük Mısır Müzesi’ne Uber ile rahatlıkla gidebileceğimiz halde, “müze turu” adı altında 70 USD alındı, sadece araçla müzeye götürülüp geri getirilmiş bulunmaktayız. Müze biletlerini ayrıca kendimiz satın aldık.
3. Otel konaklaması için ödememiz gereken tutar yaklaşık 16.000 TL iken, %3 banka komisyonu gerekçesiyle tarafımızdan 21.000 TL tahsil edilmiştir. Bu oran kabul edilebilir değildir.
4. Havaalanı karşılama ve otele dönüş hizmetinin ücretsiz olduğu belirtilmesine rağmen, bizi karşılayan taksi şoförü 20 USD ücret almıştır.
5. Odamız restoranın altında yer almakta olup, geç saatlere kadar ve sabah erken saatlerde aşırı gürültü yaşanmıştır. Oda değişimi talebimize “odalar dolu” denilerek 3 gün boyunca gürültülü odada kalmak zorunda bırakıldık.
6. Kahvaltı orta seviyedeydi, akşam yemekleri ise oldukça kalitesizdi. Özellikle pizzalar yenilebilecek düzeyde değildi.
Bu yaşananlar, ödediğimiz ücret ve beklentilerimizle kesinlikle örtüşmemektedir. Mağduriyetimizin telafi edilmesini ve tarafıma yazılı olarak dönüş yapılmasını rica ediyorum.

离金字塔售票处走路三分钟，天台吃早点可以看到金字塔，奇妙的感觉，值得体验原汁原味的埃及异域风情。
位置难找，第一天入住找错地方，因为是一家公司办的酒店，就让我们入住了，还奇怪和预定是房间照片不一样，第二天才告诉我们需要搬到实际入住的酒店，耽误了我们去金字塔游完的时间。但工作人员态度很好，只是沟通上有误区。
酒店洗手台水龙头材质差，一抬就断了，差点划伤手，退房时没让我们赔偿。
酒店前面的路上全是骆驼，马车，汽车，过马路要小心，地上全是屎尿，味道大，但是酒店内闻不到。晚上也不吵。
酒店介绍的包车司机去远处的阶梯金字塔，服务好，介绍的金字塔景观餐厅看到了金字塔晚霞落日，但收费贵，是indrive价格的四五倍。
We had a wonderful stay overall. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop view was beautiful, especially in the evening. The reception team also helped us arrange tours, which made our trip much easier.

I was scammed. After paying, they took me to a different hotel with much worse rooms, much worse terrace views and in a building with weird things going on.
I did not like that I was scammed! I went to the reception in the building that is shown, but after paying they took me to a completely different hotel, in a different location, with different rooms (much worse than the ones in the pictures), and worse views from the terrace, which was also different of the one shown in pictures.
Confortable et incroyablement situé juste devant les pyramides, mais à l'écart du bruit (sauf les chameaux le matin..). A 5mn de l'entrée. Chambre 102 petite, mais ultra propre et le staff était formidable, surtout Samy à la réception. Possibilité de remplir une gourde a la fontaine à eau. Réception 24/24. Petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse à la vue incroyable, varié et copieux, et en insistant un peu on pouvait même avoir un expresso d'une cafetière moka dénichée dans les étagères du bar. Impossible de se lasser de la vue. J'ai prolongé mon séjour de 2 nuits plutôt que d'aller en ville polluée.
C'est minime au regard des +: préférez une chambre au 2e ou 3e car la pompe à eau est bruyante. Pas de parasols ni de lampes assez fortes sur la terrasse mais peut-être était-ce dû à la saison.
Op basis van voornamelijk positieve reviews hebben wij deze plek geboekt en in eerste instantie stelde het niet teleur. De transfer van vliegveld naar hotel was goed geregeld en het uitzicht op de piramides vanaf het dakterras is prachtig! De entree van het gebied (de Sphinx) ligt ook op steenworp afstand. Het ontbijt was erg ruim van opzet en erg lekker, dat verdient een dikke 10. Ook de ontvangst was erg gastvrij en vriendelijk.
De beste meneer van de receptie wilde erg graag dat we een tour via het hotel boekte en was daarom erg opdringerig. Toen we aangaven dat we al tours hadden geboekt en er over na zouden denken, ging hij weg. Ook het avondeten was erg slecht, duurde heel lang (anderhalf uur en we waren de enige) en was niet te pruimen. Toen we beide onze borden lieten staan en vroegen naar de rekening, werd de "kok" boos en vroeg om uitleg. Hem ook de uitleg gegeven, maar hij bleef vol onbegrip brabbelen, dus betaald en naar de kamer gegaan om te gaan slapen. We lagen goed en wel in bed, werd er hard op de deur geklopt, of we al na hadden gedacht over een tour. Dit was erg jammer!
