staff were eating on my arrival one left to speak with me to tell me i did not confirm snd the room with nile view is not availble and i habe to tale a whoke suite i checked it amd wad terrible this place is nota hotel . it is misleading to call it this it is multioccipancy flats

Pros:

This is a dumb not a hotel
We have to wait 2 hours to get the room, room reserved had balcony, they have no rooms with balcony, safe does not work had to remove safe and bring another one, sheets do not cover the bed
Tv doesn't work
Internet does not work
No hot water
We left after 2 hours to another hotel
They charged us for 2 nights eventhough we did not spend more than 2 hour
