Bello ma migliorabile
Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera pulita all’arrivo. Bel bagno, letto comodo

Cons:

In 3 notti di soggiorno non sono mai venuti a pulire. Nell’elenco dei servizi c’è pure scritto macchina del caffè peccato che le cialde erano per un solo giorno.

Cons:

καθαριότητα δεν θα έλεγα ότι έλαμπε , είχε και μια κατσαριδουλα στο ντουζ που δεν κατάφερα να κάνω γιατί από το ντουζ χειρός δεν έβγαινε ζεστό νερό και είχε ζεστό μόνο από την οροφή ή πετσέτες για μένα δεν μου έβγαζαν εμπιστοσύνη . Πρέπει να το προσέξουν παραπάνω

Séjour très agréable malgré quelques manques de qualité. Du moins, si vous cherchez une chambre comfortable à un lieu id
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment top!! Les indications d’arrivées sont bien précises.
Concernant le logement, la Clim est très agréable même si comme l’électricité s’active avec la carte la Clim s’arrête quand on part ce qui est un peu dommage. Le linge est fourni, la literie très comfortable.

Cons:

Premièrement la clim qui s’arrête quand nous partons du à l’absence de la carte. Malheureusement je trouve que la qualité n’est pas totalement au rendez vous, impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude dans la douche à 2 reprises ou alors d’un coup ça devient brulant puis gelé etc. Pas de volet extérieur (ou du moins ne fonctionne pas il y avais deux boutons pour mais aucun effet) et les rideaux ne ferment pas sur tout le long…
Plein de trace présentes sur le mur et plafond, pour une « signature suite » je m’attendais pas à tout ça.
Pour finir, il est dis « mur insonorisant » ne comptez pas dessus, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur.

The worst place and worst host.
Pros:

I like nothing here, I literally spent 10 seconds in the room.

Cons:

The entrance is freaking scary, you access 3 or 4 unnecessary doors to get to the room, smells like shit, host is not cooperative at all, so I rather spend the 1000$ and let it go instead of staying here.

Le logement est très bien placé, tout est disponible à 5 minutes à pied. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas du tout retrouvé le rapport qualité prix que j'espérais. Il n'y a pas de volet mais seulement des simples rideaux qui ne couvrent pas dutout les fenêtres ce qui laisse la lumière du jour entrer dans la chambre dès 6h du matin.
La chambre n'est pas isolée du bruit exterieur. Lors du week-end des bruits désagréables dans le couloir et dans les appartements d'au-dessus...
La douche n'est pas très pratique, au bout de 3 minutes l'eau coule dans la chambre...
Un airbnb sans plaque de cuisson, sans-micro onde...
Au vu du prix pour lequel j'ai payé je m'attendais à une meilleure qualité.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale. Stanza pulitissima, ampia e luminosa.

Cons:

Niente non va. Con pochi piccolissimi accorgimenti sarebbe quasi perfetto. Ad esempio aggiungendo alla dotazione delle posate e dei bicchieri nel caso si voglia mangiare in appartamento.

Für einen touristischen Aufenthalt in Athen ist es sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung, und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp verlief reibungslos, was sehr angenehm war. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer waren sauber. Da die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 1 km liegen, ist die Unterkunft ideal für Besichtigungen zu Fuß. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, sodass es dort bis spät in die Nacht sehr lebhaft zugeht, doch die Straße, in der die Unterkunft liegt, ist ruhig.

Cons:

Da die Atmosphäre am Eingang des Hotels mit Selbst-Check-in bei Frauen ein gewisses Unbehagen hervorrief, war ich froh, dass ich tagsüber ankam. Die Straße scheint auch nachts sicher zu sein.
