Ev oldukça iyi bir konumda metro ve tramvay duraklarına çok yakın ve Viyana’nın turistik bölgesinde yer alıyor. Evin iç kısmı da oda da çok güzel vd çok rahattı. Tuvaletleri de çok temizdi

Günstig, gute Lage, sauber, ausreichend und preiswert
Pros:

Preisleistung war sehr gut. Wir waren zu 3 für eine Nacht und es hat uns völlig gereicht. Gute Lage, nicht weit von der nächsten U-Bahn. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Alles sauber. Also hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen👍

Cons:

Es gab nix wirklich schlechtes. Das einzige was ein bisschen kompliziert war, war der self-check-in. Für junge Läute wie uns war das kein Problem aber ich denke für ältere Leute die nichts mit dem Handy anfangen können words schwierig….😅

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.immer wieder gerne . Sauber und gemütlich
Pros:

Komplett Keyless. Per Mail bekommt man Codes, jeweils für Haus-,Wohnungs- und Zimmertür. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, welches vollkommen in Ordnung war. Sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch von der Größe.
Küche ausreichend. Badezimmer sehr sauber.
Es wirkt wie eine kleine WG.
Lage ist optimal, sowohl die Innenstadt als auch Messe sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Hatte sogar einen Föhn und Regenschirm im
Zimmer :)

Cons:

Der größte Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit. Ein Glück war aber sowohl im Wohnhaus als auch in der Unterkunft keiner dabei, der nachts viel Lärm gemacht hat.
Evtl das Badezimmer mit einer zusätzlichen Ablage ausstatten. Der Handtuchhalter hängt nur vorne an der Tür, zum duschen etwas umständlich, ebenso für die Klamotten.
In den Zimmern wäre ebenfalls ein Kleiderhaken an der Wand wünschenswert (nasses Handtuch, Jacke)

Good for one night stay if you are resistant to allergies

Room was spacious, view from window on canal. Have enough toilets

Cons:

Kitchen was disaster, small fridge, plates and forks were dirty, I have opened dishwasher machine, then I discovered that is broken and it dispels horrible smell, I almost threw up.. when I asked manager for detergent he just told me to leave dishes and cleaning lady will take them to other dishwasher.. and most disappointed was bed, which is not comfortable at all, and it made me cough very bad at the morning, bringing some allergic reaction.. I don’t say it was dirty sheets but mattress was the problem or pillows..

Pros:

Good location, easy to access on public transit. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Shared bathrooms were clean and never had an issue with not being able to access because they were full. Hosts were fast to respond to all messaging through the Booking app. Would stay again!

Okay for a night, but there are some severe issues.
Pros:

The room itself is spacious and well equipped. The location is good, right on the lake.

Cons:

The door always required some troubleshooting to open. The hostel uses a self check in system, so you receive a code for the door before arriving. However, the code was written in reverse (from right to left instead of left to right), which was confusing. Even after figuring that out, the door didn’t always open, and we usually had to try several times before it finally unlocked. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving important belongings in the room, as we weren’t sure we’d be able to get back in. The room itself was also extremely hot, even after turning the heating down. The shared areas had a strong smell of smoke, and the toilets were not very clean.
