Room not cleaned prior to arrival - owner hard to reach
Pros:

The owner was happy to give a refund for the room as it was not up to standard.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned prior to arrival, and it took around an hour to be able to contact the owner of the apartments. We also had trouble opening the door to the apartment from the apartment building corridor. Although the owner was able to help us out, he did not believe at first that our room was not up to standard. We decided to get our room refunded and stay elsewhere, which the owner was happy to do.

Przyjemny, wygodny nocleg, łatwy dostęp, dobra lokalizacja
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja noclegu, ładny widok, blisko przystanki, kanałek, do Parku Prater czy kolorowych domków można iść na piechotę.
Pobyt mieliśmy krótki. Łóżka wygodne, łazienki dostępne, z kuchni akurat nie korzystaliśmy - tylko z lodówki.

Cons:

Dosyć głośno przy otwartym oknie, w zasadzie ruch jest przez całą noc.

Velmi čisto a příjemně
Pros:

Tramvaj a metro blízko. Postele pohodlné, prostorný pokoj. Čisto! Na jedno patro byly 3 koupelny.

Cons:

Klimatizace by byla fajn, kuchyně by mohla mít například toustovač, ale to je maličkost. Ocenili bychom mýdlo na záchodech

Pros:

Все как на фото. Чисто, удобные кровати, хорошее белье, свежий ремонт. Можно пешком дойти до центра, недалеко остановка трамвая, магазины, кафе.

Cons:

Нет кондиционера. Было ООО очень жарко. Спасало открытое окно, но очень шумно от машин. Беруши очень помогают.
