The location was convenient. Public transport was about a 5-minute walk away, and the apartment was also close to the city center and the main railway stations.

Cons:

Our stay in the blue-door wing was disappointing compared to our previous stay in the yellow-door wing.

Before arrival, we did not receive the access codes in advance and had to request them ourselves. The information arrived late and was confusing, as we received general instructions instead of details for our specific room. It was also unclear which wing we should enter. When we called support, the response was unfriendly.

In the apartment, there were not enough cutlery items for all guests, some plates were dirty, and the dishwasher did not work. The shower had very weak water pressure, and the switch between the shower types worked poorly. The water pressure became even weaker when neighbors used water.

The room overall looked worn and in need of renovation.

Cons:

The main problem was that it didn’t have a private bathroom.
Also, after using the toilet, you had to leave the toilet room, close the door, open another door, and then wash your hands. I didn’t find this very sanitary.

There's about 4 bathrooms so it's not that inconvenient. There's also a locker for you to leave your stuff.
