Cosy room in Antwerp City

It is a SCAM! DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
They don't exist and I don't know how Booking is still accepting reservations for this property.
I have a case opened with booking.com and I'm waiting for my refund.
DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Do not use this company. We were not able to enter the property and we have had NO communication. They stole our money and we had to find a different place to stay.

I tried to get the security code to access the property at 3pm like it said on website, there was no communication, I phoned booking.com many times over the next hours, they finally confirmed the booking was cancelled at 8.30pm,leaving me to walk 3km to another property I had to find myself, and only compensating me for half that amount, which I'm still waiting for.

Ok. We were inside the building. For your information:
1) The description of the apartment is not what it is on bookings.com.
2) As an experienced traveler over the last 24 years I would have expected an apartment to have a private bathroom and so called "kitchenette" or at least coffee/tea facilities and a microwave.
3) To get to the apartment there are 3 steep stairs to climb, a part without a hand rail. This alone is not acceptable also because the description on bookings.com does not mention this.
4) The lighting of the stair area is very poor.
5) You have more of a budget hostel, not an apartment.
6) I will file a strong complaint with bookings.com. The first time in 24 years that I do this.
7) We will not stay in your "apartment". Fortunately we found another hotel room.

It was dirty when we got there even though the host had us check in 1,5 hours later because of the cleaning lady. We had to stay out in the cold and wait… Also the apartment is very noisy, you hear everything downstairs and upstairs. We had someone come up to our room at 4:30 in the morning trying to open up our door… it did not make us feel safe, and instead of the host coming up with a plan, or texting the other guests they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. The toilet is shared and didn’t have any toilet paper. The stairs are small and dangerous. The WiFi wasn’t working, and the TV was defective. I would not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone ever.

The toilet was shared with other rooms and that wasn't clearly meantionned in the description.
The toilet door has no locker which was quite annoying.

Clear out the location with your customers please. I almost thought i was scammed but luckily it turned out to be all ok.
Tell your customers there is no checkin person staying there. Its matter of call you and get the code to get the key out the wall. All pretty easy but tell them in advance.

The room was extremely stinky, all my clothes are now stinky from staying there
The matress is so old, back pain is guaranteed
The toilette is outside of the room and can't be locked
The stairs up to the room are dangerous with a bigger bag or suitcase
The provider did not respond to my question at all during the whole stay
