Pros:

El desayuno estaba bien, 3 opciones de huevo y una arepa, creo que deben implementar una fruta y algo de pan.
Ubicación está bien, está cerca del centro histórico y del mercado de bazurto te puedes mover en taxi fácilmente. Aunque mucha ruido de carros toda la noche.
Me gustó que la habitación tenía ventilador y aire lo que garantiza que no te haga calor.

La habitación que me tocó.
1. cuando entré a la habitación topé con una cucaracha.
2. un closet viejo, deteriorado lleno de mugre.
3.el colchón super duro bendito Dios.
4.habitación súper chiquita, el TV aún lado y como la habitación es tan pequeña no se podía ver televisión.
5. Tipo 3am se propagó un olor fuerte del baño, tal parece que eran los sifones, esto interrumpió el sueño. Era tan fuerte el olor que me despertó.
6. Se solicitó hielo para tomar algo frío y la chica no dió opción de nada, siendo cartagena una cuidad tan calurosa y no puede tomarte algo frio antes de dormir porq el Hotel no tiene como ayudarte, eso sí fue fatal; en la mañana del día siguente me doy cuenta que tenían una nevera con refresco y no los ofrecieron😱.
7. El inodoro tenia líneas manchadas por dónde sale el agua, lo que puede generar impresión de suciedad.
8.El baño se notaba descuidado con detalles de humedad.
8. Eso no es un hotel, parece más MOTEL el cual quieren volverlo Hotel 😔. Te dan una llave metálica para abrir la puerta, cómo cuando entras a un Motel. Si van vender tan caro deben invertir más.
Lo siento mucho, pero es habitación parece que fue la peor de todas que castigo, por eso soloe quedé un anoche y me fui a otro Hotel.

No elevator!!! Small rooms but clean.
Pros:

The customer service was great, the rooms were clean. The breakfast though the same everyday, was good and again the customer service was great. Great price for a passerby "hotel".

Cons:

NO ELEVATOR!!!!! We were in the 4th floor. Uneven steps, fell while going down. The hotel was not in a nice part of town.

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación el aire botaba agua en la habitación Pero el personal nos cambió de habitación, el desayuno deberían dar diferentes opciones, todo los días el mismo desayuno aburre

Das recepcionistas , os atendentes do refeitório, as funcionárias da limpeza sempre prestativas.

Cons:

As acomodações poderiam ser melhores, quarto sem janela, dificuldade para abrir e fechar a porta com a chave do quarto. Não tinha frigobar, pois pelo que se cobrou do quarto o mínimo deveria ter um frigobar, para manter bebidas ao menos frias pois a cidade é quente.

HORRIBLE, DISTGUSTING,MASTY NOT WORTH PAYING TO STAY
Pros:

The hotel is NOTHING like show on Booking.com. The room is dirty, masty,, smells horrible, bathroom is disgusting no hot water, no toiletries, dirty bath towel, bed has stain on sheets, matter, and ants crawling on floor, mosquito flies all night. Other parents on next room has a young kids running on the hallways and dropping things at 1am . Do not stay there if you're on a vacation. I check in at 12:30 midnight and leave at 5AM as soon the sun is up. I DID NOT SLEEP ON THE BED I SEAT ON THE EDGE OF THE BED TO WAIT TO LEAVE.

Cons:

CLEAN ROOM, CLEAN BED,CLEAN TOWEL, CLEAN BATHROOM . Then when i leave the front desk lady curse me in Spanish
