Niet aan te bevelen: onbeleefde receptionste, zeer drukke kleine straat waar autos hele dag toeteren; Bedden waren kei h

Ontbijt was prima. Fijne serveerster kok.

Pros:

Da recepcionista Cecília que foi muito atenciosa e solicita. Tivemos problemas com o cartão de aproximação logo no chegada e ela, liberou a entrada entendendo que estávamos cansados e conseguimos resolver no dia seguinte.
Ar condicionado e ventilador no quarto muito bom.

Cons:

Cafe da manhã deixa muuuuito a desejar. Banheiro muito pequena e água fria.

La habitación sucia, sin mueble para poner la ropa y con cucarachas, pedimos cambio de habitación pero llegaron con una escoba para matarlas.

Nunca se hizo la limpieza al cuarto en el tiempo que estuvimos alojados, la habitación reservada no fue asignada, el servicio de desayuno nunca lo consumimos, y súper costoso para tener tan mal servicio

Cartagena gentil y amable

El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuestos ayudar en lo que uno necesite como datos de precios, lugares, etc.
Hotel muy limpio y contaba con aire acondicionado, perfecto para un clima como el de Cartagena.
El desayuno era simple pero adecuado para mi

The staff was excelente, the room was clean and the receptionist was great sweet person with us.
Pros:

I really love that I can park the car, just outside of the hotel.

Cons:

The neighborhood and didn’t like the every morning is the same kind of breakfast. Just eggs, coffee and bread or arepa.
