早餐時間很友善，但餐點有待加強，品項太少，就連蛋糕、冰淇淋都沒有提供。

自助晚餐差強人意，沒有炸物。
餐點選擇性不足，提供現煮的越南河粉料理，提供的牛肉片都是肥油，完全沒有肉。
啤酒提供兩個風味，但其中一個風味已經喝完了，向服務人員反應，但竟然不提供，強迫喝另一個風味。

Pros:

美崙飯店蠻可惜的，房間很好，但是公共設施需要改進，譬如B1到1樓大廳的電梯很髒很舊，還有B1的停車場也需要再重新粉刷，如果把整個處理好我相信會是一個很好的飯店

幫我check in的櫃檯小姐人很好服務很棒,房間寬敞又乾淨,視野不錯可以看到海,床躺起來很舒適

Cons:

第一天洗澡時發現有一點點積水,尚在忍受範圍內,結果第二天洗澡開始積水到腳背,打電話至櫃台及房務中心兩次都沒人接,家人只好先關水等積水退了再繼續洗,記得之前入住也有類似的問題,只是沒有這次這麼嚴重.另外早餐可以再用心一點
