雖然一樓餐廳餐點不好，飯店的位置不錯，可以看到山海，旁邊還有綠油油的高爾夫球場，房間內的硬體設備也有更新，CP值很好，下次來會選擇再次住宿

客房有重新裝潢過，有免治馬桶，不錯

Cons:

晚餐因下雨，所以在1樓餐廳用餐，餐點很失望，剝皮辣椒雞湯不熱，點揚州炒飯來了櫻花蝦炒飯（也就不換了），豉汁排骨似乎沒蒸透整塊黏著還有腥味。
不知道是否空調有問題？半夜聞到餐廳油煙的味道。

Pros:

以前來美崙總是為了吃早餐，匆匆忙忙。這次意外發現早餐竟然可以吃到1:30成了早午餐，還可以先退房再去吃早餐，真是意外的驚喜！

Pros:

1. 房間很大，房間內家具簡單夠用，浴室沒有浴缸、乾濕分離、馬桶沒有獨立隔間(皆可接受)但淋浴間門無法密合會漏水
2. 早餐廳挑高落地窗、用餐氣氛好，但是早餐選擇不多，餐點美味程度65分，同行有人有反映水果新鮮度問題，咖啡機兩台壞了一台大排長龍。
3. 休閒娛樂中心小孩很喜歡，幾乎都是付費項目，12:00~13:00 全館休息，部分要下午才恢復使用
4. 地下停車場位數不足，遇旺日要停在戶外，下雨時就比較不方便
5. 商店街賣的娃娃、紀念品都很可愛

住宿整體環境是棒的

Cons:

1.停車找較為老舊，地板EPOXY 到處都是破損
2.戶外游泳池清潔不足，深水區很多地方沒有打掃到，需多使用水龜清潔
3.休閒中心有自費項目，住宿者可以以無限暢玩，但是工作人員很少不足，晚上只有二到三人，常常是需要等待工作人員來開啟設備

Pros:

1.有大片落地窗，主要是市景，雖然所住的樓層不高，但其實看得到花蓮港。窗邊的沙發、小几配置很棒，喜歡坐在那邊看書。
2.有接駁車；接待人員很客氣，很周到。車子才到球場(快到飯店前)就已經聯絡門口接待，下車時還放了小椅子，很細心。其餘遇到的服務人員也都很客氣。
3.飯店內有個麵包店，住房購物可打折。(有個蛋糕第一次看到，連吃兩天，超好吃)。
4.住宿皆含早餐，是比較簡單一些，但很棒的是有現燙青菜的服務！用餐時對著大片藍天綠地，很愉悅。
5.連住兩天，得以享受飯店裡的小森林。(雖然一不小心被小黑蚊咬得很慘就是了~)

Cons:

1.落地窗很美，視野很棒，可惜不夠乾淨。如果更明亮些會更棒。
2.入住正逢周末，兩日的餐廳都是自助餐。但實在也不可能午晚都吃~要走出去覓食有點不方便。下次如果再遇上周休過來，會記得先準備好餐食。
