Pros:

Excellent séjour.
Tout était parfait.
Petit déjeuner délicieux, il y avait de tout.
Personnel très sympathique.
Emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes de la télécabine.

We would stay here again maybe just a bit earlier in the season.
Pros:

The hotel overall is really clean, the rooms are lovely and big and decent bathrooms (some with bigger showers than others). It was nicer than I had expected. Breakfast was decent on choice and space in the restaurant.
Location is just off the end of town so pretty easy

Cons:

All 5 rooms had the same old lumpy flat pillows (only 1 each) so wasn’t very comfy to sleep.

After breakfast on day 1 we were told the restaurant was being closed for season so we needed to use the hotel across the road for breakfast and also spa facilities. Also there was no longer a reception as no staff so felt a bit odd.

Cons:

Vermeintlich österreichisches Hotel aufgekauft von Thinggaard aus Dänemark. Keine deutschsprachige Rezeption bzw. deutschsprachiges Personal. Schlaflose Nächte aufgrund internationaler Gäste die leider ihre Grenzen nicht kennen und auch keine Rücksicht auf andere nehmen.

Het was netjes, ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Als je een drankje aan de bar wilde doen werd je niet geholpen. De receptie was niet open op de tijden die aangegeven waren.

Extremely Disappointing Experience, Still Waiting for My Property

Horrible!!! I stayed at this hotel in December. Shortly after returning home, I realized I had accidentally taken the wrong pair of ski boots. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they confirmed that my boots were still in their possession. They promised to send them back to me. I agreed to pay for shipping without hesitation. I immediately sent the incorrect boots back to their rightful owner at my own expense and upheld my side of the arrangement in full. From that point on, the hotel repeatedly told me they would ship my boots “soon.” This went on for weeks!!! Then they stopped responding entirely. They no longer reply to messages and do not answer their phone. It is now almost March, nearly three months since I first contacted them and I still do not have my expensive ski boots. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic honesty is shocking. At this point, I can only conclude that they have no intention of returning my property. If you value your belongings, be very careful staying here. If something gets left behind, don’t expect them to handle it responsibly. Absolutely unacceptable.
