Pros:

El hotel está estupendamendamente ubicado. El personal de recepcion amable y servicial. La habitación es amplia y grande hasta en exceso. Estar con sillon doble y TV. Comedor con mesa redonda para 4 separado de la cociona, y una habitacion grande, con una medidas de cama, mas que bien. El baño es correcto, la temperatura y el caudal del agua, están bien.
La cocina tiene heladera con freezer, pava electrica, tostadora y cafetera. Horno microondas y hasta lavavajillas. Claro que es antiguo, que quizás le falta algo de manteniemiento......Pero estás alojado en el corazon del Beach. Cerca de Española Way, de Lincoln Rd... El hotel a su vez, ofrece un servicio de playa. Solo caminar no más de 200 mts y estás acostado en una reposera mirando al mar. Y tambien el bar ofrece Happy hour entre las 18 y 19 hs (no hemos podido disfrutar de este beneficio como para opinar al respecto)

Cons:

olor a humedad, no en la habitación, pero sí en el Lobby del hotel. La habitacion disponia de al menos 4 placares, pero éstos carecian de cajones y estantes. Falta de enchufes en las mesas de luz. Que no tenga anafe u ornalla en la cociona y que el servicio de habitacion sea cada 3 días.

Alles, weil wir ein Appartement gebucht hatten und ein kleines nicht gewünschtes Zimmer erhalten haben.

La ubicacion y la posibilidad de utilizar la pileta y reposeras y sombrilla de un hotel casi en frente.

Cons:

Precisa renovacion, instalaciones gastadas, olor a humedad en la recepcion, aire acondicionado ruidoso. Me cruce una cucaracha en la cocina.

Les pass pour bénéficier de transat avec parasol sur la plage (vu la chaleur, c’était top de pouvoir se protéger du soleil)

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation phonique
Fenêtre en simple vitrage, et impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres qui sont condamnées et donc d’aérer.
Impossible de dormir sur le canapé lit car trop inconfortable.
Verres en plastique en guise de vaisselle.
La piscine n’est pas nettoyée

Didn't match the photos on booking.com I think they must have been taken a long time ago.
The parking charge is excessive considering the business has already taken a chunk of your money
We also noticed it would have been cheaper not to book so far in advance, it would have been much cheaper to wait until the last minute

Clean, friendly, close to the beach with beach service value play in South Beach
Pros:

Fairly close to the beach and beach service was included for 2 of the three people in our suite each day - so that was nice! The room was spotless - no dirt on the floors and we walked around barefoot. The beds and pillows were super comfy and we had more space than I thought we would have. The staff was super helpful and nice.

Cons:

It was noisy outside the hotel and hard to sleep with the noise on the weekend. Not the hotel's fault. The pool and courtyard were not very clean and could use a makeover. But we loved going to the beach and the Backyard beach service that came with our room. They could use additional parking - there was not a lot of parking available.

La ubicación

Cons:

La falta de Higiene en la habitacion, encontramos ropa interior sucia detrás del mueble de la sala las cuales expedian mal olor, el inodoro estaba despegado, la bañera manchada en general las instalaciones del hotel estan deterioradas. La piscina del hotel estaba fuera de uso, pero dan entrada a la pscina de otro hotel que esta a 2 cuadras. Defenitivamente No volvería

Highly recommend if staying in this area.
Pros:

Great location, excellent price and friendly staff.

Cons:

Our suite wad off the courtyard, second floor and unfortunately there was no elevator and we had several heavy suitcases.
