Pros:

There's a courtyard for most rooms, they also had best shower caps among all. Within walking distance to residential neighborhoods and their stores, where you can find most items you need, from local brekky, pieces of fruit to Asian snack packets. There is a laundrette with washer and drier.

Cons:

No parking for guests.
