Please note that Remisens Casa Bel Moretto is the annexe building of the Remisens Hotel Metropol. The 24-hour front desk is located at the Remisens Premium Hotel Metropol, where all the meals are served.

Carino ma può migliorare
Pros:

Tutto il complesso è molto carino di nuova costruzione. Personalmente ho prenotato Casa Bel Moretto, perché pensavo fosse nuova dalle foto, ma ad averlo saputo avrei scelto il Métropole che è quello più centrale ed è il più servito.

Cons:

Il Métropole è il complesso principale sia Casa Rosa che Casa Bel Moretto sono le depandance. Tutti i servizi sono nell’albergo centrale, come la colazione, la piscina e la spa. Quindi per raggiungerlo devi attraversare un piccolo tratto a piedi. Oltre a questo ho avuto anche problemi con la doccia/vasca della stanza, perché non sapevo come portare il getto sulla cornetta. All’accoglienza non ci hanno dato nemmeno delle indicazioni o il numero da chiamare per la reception principale, quindi sono dovuta andare a piedi fino alla reception che è al Métropole per risolvere il problema. Non ci hanno dato la pass per il Wi-Fi all’accoglienza. Insomma ci vorrebbero maggiori biglietti informativi in camera.

Soggiorno da ripetere nella struttura principale. Eravamo nella dependance Moretto che è molto curata ma è un po’ lontan
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Staff gentile, accogliente e premuroso. Vista bellissima.

Cons:

Parcheggio a pagamento 25€… a Portorose mi sembra un po’ eccessivo. Moquette nella camera.

Összességében minden rendben volt.

Cons:

A szállás foglalásánál csak az van feltüntetve hogy van parkolási lehetőség. Az viszont sehol sem hogy fizetős a parkolás a szállodánál és nem is olcsó. Kötelező lenne feltüntetni mert ez így megtévesztés.

Strava byla vynikající. Bazén pro hotelové hosty taky super.

Cons:

Náš pokoj byl dveřmi propojen s vedlejším pokojem. Dveře byly sice zamknuté, ale tato skutečnost měla vliv na zvukovou izolaci pokoje. Díky tomu jsme znali rodinnou situaci našich sousedů, aniž bychom o to stáli a když jsme měli hlučnější sousedy, tak jsme se nevyspali. O těchto dveřích jsme dopředu nebyli informováni a překvapivě ani nebyly vidět na fotografiích na bookingu. Pokud bychom o nich dopředu věděli, tak bychom si tento pokoj, resp. Hotel nevybrali. Opakovaně byly při snídani špinavé konvičky na čaj.

Ko pogledam na vse v celoti ,je bilo lepo;mogoče bo treba vse skupaj ponoviti.

Кровать и подушки. Они хорошего качества, но не для меня. Было очень неудобно спать. Болела шея и спина. А так всё хорошо)))

Wie mussten im Hotel nebenan schlafen und es gab keine klare Kommunikation bzg. des Weges, Parken,… wir mussten lange das „richtige Hotel“ suchen.

Bila sva precej razočarana. Ni vredno vrednosti ki sva jo plačala.
Pros:

Na čisto mizo in potem tudi pribor sva čakala zelo dolgo. Sedela sva za umazano mizo. Zajtrk (okus) je bil povprečen.

Cons:

Hotel je pets frendly. Cena za kužka je 27 eur na noč. Če imaš npr 2 kužka je to 27 eur x 2 na noč. Za to ceno kužek ne dobi nič, samo prespi lahko z nama v sobi. Niti vode, niti malega priboljška... Ni nama bilo všeč, da je ogromno osebja, ki ne zna slovensko. Okolica hotela zelo uboga, ni čisto. Hotel nama ni zagotovil parkirišča, pač pa so naju preusmerili na privat parkirišče v bližini (cena 15 eur na noč). Makedam, brez označb, zanikrno...
