Please note that Remisens Casa Bel Moretto is the annexe building of Remisens Hotel Metropol. The 24-hour front desk is located at Remisens Hotel Metropol, where breakfast and dinner are served according to the booked meal plan.

Parking is subject to availability due to the limited number of spaces. If available, parking is free of charge in March, April and November. From 1 May to 31 October, parking is available at an additional cost of EUR 25.00 per vehicle per day. Guests are kindly requested to contact the reception before entering the garage to check the parking availability.

Guests have complimentary access to the wellness and spa facilities at Remisens Hotel Metropol, subject to availability.

Use of the Metropol Pool Lounge is included in the stay and is subject to availability. The Metropol Pool Lounge is open seasonally from May 31 to September 14, in according with its operating hours, and may be closed in case of bad weather. Deckchairs and sun umbrellas are subject to availability.

Alles in allem war es sehr nett, aber es könnte für ein 4* Haus sauberer sein.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig!
Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Dusche war semi optimal. Der Duschschlauch war undicht und das Wasser ist ausgelaufen aus der Duschkabine. Bad war immer nass und wir hatten nur am 1. Tag einen Duschvorleger. Der nasse wurde entfernt aber nicht ausgetauscht.
Handtücher würden auch nur weggenommen aber nicht nachgefüllt.

Kvalitné služby, kľudnejšia časť Portorožu. Izby čisté, veľký balkón
Pros:

Vyhovuje nám lokalita, v blízkosti prístavu a športovísk, v kľudnej časti mesta. Izby sú čisté a dosť velké, s balkónom. Hostia majú k dispozícii všetky služby hotela Metropol, ale budova je umiestnená v blízkom parku., kde je viac zelene. Personál je milý a ústretový. Vynikajúce jedlo!

Cons:

Klimatizácia bola riadená centrálne, nebolo možné si ju individualne nastaviť. Napriek tomu, že hotel je dog friendly, nie je jasne vyhradeny priestor, kde môžete so psíkom byť v reštaurácii. Ak je obsadená terasa, bolo by pre všetkých hostí pohodlnejšie, ak by bol vyhradený priestor aj vo vnútri. Jedáleň je dosť veľká.

Nagyon szép helyen van, közel van a kitűnő kutyás strand a Monty’s Beach.
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon bőséges, a kávéválaszték is.

Cons:

A szállásunk nem a főépületben volt, nem volt vészes, de a reggelihez, a vacsorához egy öt perces sétával lehetett eljutni.

Po prvotných problémoch, predlžený pobyt
Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo vo veľmi dobrej lokalite, mali sme to blizko kamkoľvek.
Bývali sme v izbe, ktorá mala balkón a tak sme mali výhľad na more.
Využili sme balík s polopenziou - bolo to skvelé rozhodunutie.
+ hotel je dog fiendli
Pobyt sme si nakoniec predĺžili.

Cons:

- po príchode sme nemali nachystanú izbu, čakali sme cca 30 či 40 minút navyše. Akosi mi chýbal spôsob "prepáčte". Recepčná bola milá, ale bolo vidieť, že je situáciou zaskočená.
- plavecký bazén otvorený až od 9tej a v tom čase sme boli na raňajkách a vybrali sa na výlet , alebo k moru, následne po návarate sme mali večeru a wellnes bol zatvorený - takže sme nemali možnosť ho vyskúšať.
- pri takomto štandarde hotela by som očakávala, že ak je hotel dog friendly, bude na izbe miska na jedlo, alebo min. na vodu.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, Frühstück war super mit riesiger Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer an sich war den Preis nicht wert. Das Gebäude war sehr lieblos und auch etwas schmuddelig. Schade. Könnte richtig gut sein.

Lokacija je idealna, svi sadržaji hotela su dostupni, blizu je i plaža. Mirno je i ugodno i doručak je bio odličan. Također i bar hotela.
