Underwhelmed by the esthetics outside the hotel and the Bathroom.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good, the choice of food was not extravagant, but the food was tasty. The staff seemed friendly, and the reception staff were knowledgeable and efficient. The room was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable. My clothes left on the bed was folded nicely and was a good gesture.

Cons:

the view in my room was horrible... bird shit on the roofs, the pool was dried up and dirty. the bathroom was in a terrible condition; the shower head was rusty and mold every corner. the toilet flush did not work well, and the TV channels did not have English or Tamil channels as far as I searched. the room lighting could have more lights for brighter option and darker options as well. No visible plug point to iron accepts at the bed side or the tv.

Pros:

Value for money, courteous front desk as well as house keeping staff's.

Cons:

Location is ok if you have any business with Manyata Tech Park , otherwise at present not an ideal location due to construction work around like Metro and so on , lots of dust and not an ideal place to take a stroll , gym was too small, pool was not functioning so if you are a health freak good luck , water supply was not functioning so back up was not tested i guess and finally power back up also was not functioning well
