Pros:

The location was good with restaurants near by and the rooms were really good

Cons:

The AC temper in the room was too low even after the settings were changed the atmosphere inside the room was hot. We know that it’s an centralised AC but still the temperature needs to be better in terms of cooling.

The flush was broken room service needs to look into it

Front desk person did not put in any effort to try and convince us to stay.
Pros:

It is a good location.

Cons:

When we arrived at the property, we were told our non smoking rooms were given to someone else and were asked to take the other room and next night we can shift to non smoking room.

Decent, business focused hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Manisha, who cleaned our room was great, really courteous and helpful, as were several of the reception staff and the gentleman at the front door.

Cons:

Needs updating. Spa and pool facilities closed. Breakfast service not great. Mostly friendly but not very capable staff.
