Pros:

Πολύ μεγάλο μπόνους είναι η γεωθερμική πισίνα. Ένα φυσικό χαλαρωτικό σπα! Από κει και πέρα θέλαμε ένα οικονομικό κατάλυμα οπότε οι απαιτήσεις μας δεν ήταν με προσδοκίες ενός 5*. Καθαρό και δίπλα στο λιμάνι και στο κέντρο του νησιού. Υπήρχε πρωινό στο πακέτο της διαμονής μας. Το δωμάτιο μας με κλιματιστικό και άνετο όσο το θέλαμε. Αν καταφέρουμε να επισκεφτούμε ξανά τη Νίσυρο σίγουρα τον Χάριτο θα ξανά επιλέξουμε.
Ένα μεγάλο συν ήταν ότι αφού φύγαμε, ξέχασα στην ντουλάπα του δωματίου μου κάποια ρούχα. Η επιχείρηση μου έστειλε email και οι άνθρωποι φιλοτιμηθηκαν με τρόπο που συμφωνήσαμε, να μου τα στείλουν.

Un viaggio nel tempo
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la vista della stanza sul mare, l'aria condizionata ben funzionante, il frigorifero che raffrescava benissimo, i letti erano comodi. La colazione era semplice, ma molto buona e prendendo il vassoio si può attraversare la strada e consumare sui tavolini sotto la tettoia vicino alla piscina e con vista sul mare. Non è un albergo di lusso, ma c'è tutto quello che serve. check in e out molto veloci.

Cons:

Il bagno ha la doccia con la tendina che ti si appiccica sempre addosso. Non andava la tv ma noi non l'avremmo guardata comunque (è anche vero che non abbiamo chiesto nulla per farla andare)

Pros:

Lovely location, right across sea (not really for swimming though). Just a few minutes on foot from port and Mandraki village. Right next to dive school.
Lovely view from balcony over harbor.
Clean, daily cleaning if you drop off the key.
Wifi (free) good.
Breakfast simple (bread, butter, jam, ham, cheese slices, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee and juice)  but so nice to sit by the sea.
Pool is filled daily with sea water, deep on one end.
Would stay again, for 75 Euro / night, with breakfast, great place.

Cons:

Furniture is faded; property would benefit immensely from some renovations. 
Only two sockets in room
Little space for toiletries in bathroom. 
Side shelf in mini fridge was broken so even less space to store bottles. 
No option to shower after check-out to remove sea water, when departing at night.

Old but pleasant
Pros:

The room was spacious with a sea view. Clean, with clean towels and sheets. On the other hand it is surely very old, some things don't work and it really cries for a renovation. For Nisiros thought, this is all you need...

All'arrivo, nessuno alla reception! abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa mezz'ora prima che arrivasse qualcuno a darci le chiavi della stanza!

Nice!
Pros:

Location was ideal. 500m from the port. Quiet side of town.
Geothermal pool was excellent. Be aware it stains swimming costumes badly and doesn’t wash out. Don’t be put off by this as it’s a fabulously warm pool to relax in and good for skin, aches and pains.
Good breakfast. Great coffee. So nice to be able to eat breakfast outside overlooking the sea. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Our room (12) air conditioning didn’t work very well. It didn’t blow cool air at all. Fridge slightly noisy. No freezer compartment.
