Incredible views and pool
Pros:

Pool was really amazing, we really liked the style of the hotel and the views from the balcony were amazing over the ocean. Breakfast was nice if a little basic.

Cons:

Would have been good to have a kettle in the room. As a couple we had a twin room but you couldn't push the beds together without a gap between which was a shame.

Great choice for Nisyros
Pros:

Great family run hotel, offering everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The owner is very polite and flexible on room types and breakfast time. There is a great outdoor thermal pool and a parking lot if you come with a vehicle. The premises are located just 5 minutes from the port and another 5 from the central area of the town.

Cons:

Nothing to mention actually.

La posizione, vicinissimo al porto e a Mandraki e la piscina idrotermale sul mare a 35 gradi..
La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario e la generale tranquillità del luogo .
La colazione a bordo piscina e sul mare
La vista mare anche dalla camera..

Cons:

Tipico alberghetto greco con stanze piuttosto piccole anche se pulite e fornite dell'essenziale
Forse ormai da rinnovare, ma comunque ciò che cercavo per un breve soggiorno.

Cons:

La camera era angusta e piccola, non c' era nemmeno un tavolino , il frigorifero era piccolo e poggiato in terra in un angolo della stanza. Il bagno era vetusto con una doccia malfunzionante, in quattro giorni la camera non è mai stata pulita ed il cestino della carta igienica nel bagno mai vuotato. La finestra era priva di oscuranti e la tenda era come se non ci fosse, la luce entrava in camera dal!e prime ore dell' alba

Overpriced abandonment
Pros:

On the positive side, the location is excellent, offering a stunning view. The thermal pool is also a big plus, it’s unique and not something you’ll find elsewhere on the island. With proper maintenance and some care, this place could be so much better.

Cons:

The hotel gives off a strong sense of abandonment. Broken floors, torn umbrellas, an outdated bathroom with a faulty faucet—overall, the place feels neglected. The breakfast was very poor: low-quality cold cuts and cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and some old-looking fruit. The coffee was okay at best.

Pros:

2nd time staying here. Pool was great as usual.katerina the lady thst does absolutely everything is amazing. She is a credit to the hotel. She is so helpful and funny and always smiling A breath of fresh air. Sunsets are breathtaking. Restaurants are great.
Seeing the island when all the visits have left on the boats is very relaxing.

Cons:

There is a horrible disgusting old man thats the 'caretaker'.
He sleeps all day, shouts at customers and especially katerina..he is no good for the hotel owner.
He does nothing around the building and needs to do work around the poolside area..he abuses everyone and anyone..he's soo rude, an awful man.
You won't get many returning customers with him around..he isn't a good advertisement for the hotel or nisyros..
Very sad if we don't come a 3rd time.
