The rooms are good quality, rooms are clean & spacious. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Room cleanliness & size was adequate
Rude & abusive staff:
When I checked-in, the staff member who asisted me was very kind and thoughful. Real gentleman. During the check-in, I was asked what time I am going to check out, so I replied and he wrote on the book -- 11 am. The reception is on the 3rd floor. Room was on the 4th. Next morning, I checked-out early, 9:30-9:45 am. I went straight down to the G floor and called the reception to let them know I had left, but the line was busy.
Later the same moring, around 10:30-10:45 am, another person called me (maybe a supervisor or someone - muslim). This person asked me my check out time and I promptly told him it was 9:45 am. After that, this person was so rude and started lecturing me in a veciferous tone. He even used abusive language over the phone.
The should be fired. He needs to be trained on how to talk to customers and should be fired, if he does not understand that customers pay and give the hotel business. He was the total opposite character, compared to the guy who checked me in the night before. I will report this to all social media platforms and also intend to file a report with the local authorities about unruly behavior. To cover up, he even notified FabHotel & Booking.com that I did not stay there at all. What a lier and coward.
There's was no breakfast available. The bed size was good.
The room has no privacy. Window glasses are transparent and curtains was not adequate for covering. The bathroom was so close to the bed. There was no separation. Also I want an early check in and they took a huge amount. I stayed only for 20 hours and I should spend two days charge as they are mentioning about the check in time. All these things should mention in the booking itself. The photos and facilities should be exactly same with the booking. I booked a delux room and the facilities were not adequate for it.
Completely satisfied with the room. The staff is very welcoming. And everything is available easily nearby like food, pharmacy, supermarket! Value for money and will surely come back again.
Maybe the wifi could be better.
The bathroom wasn't my standards. Quite basic.
The entrance is like garage, no proper entry to the hotel.. I did pay a bit more as the hotel cancel my booking and we stay one night paying 3000 rupees without breakfast.
