Pathetic
They cancelled my booking the morning of my stay while I was in the flight

Clean, comfortable, safe, & nice staff
Pros:

Clean crisp sheets, really nice staff, decent location, comfy bed.
This place is especially dear to me because I had to cancel a night stay due to unfortunate circumstances and manager allowed a refund for that night in spite of same day cancellation. I was having a bad week and that gesture meant a lot. Would have given a 10 but there wasn’t hot water during my stay and I was hoping to wash my hair.

Awesome stay !! Loved the comfort and place exceeded expectations!!
Pros:

Rooms were awesome and staffs were really friendly, would surely recommend this place 🤍
Close to main city attractions and from watchmen, staff at FO to support staffs, everybody is there whenever u need them. Rooms were clean, pretty and comforting to stay after hectic travel plans. Would love to come again next time we visit banglore.

Pros:

All good and the staff were friendly . No doubt the place looks clean

Cons:

The room had molds on the walls.
The linens were looking very badly used. Didn't look clean . The room is very small for the price we pay. It's conjugated.
