Ubicación frente al mar y cerca al malecón.. y las instalaciones modernas
La amabilidad del personal es muy buena, casi en todo estuvo genial. La habitación estaba bien de tamaño, bien el aire acondicionado. Al frente de la pequeña playa de Tolú
La llave de la ducha se salía cada vez que se usaba.
La primera noche llegamos tarde y sin comer nada, nos dijeron que un señor se ocupaba de la comida. Al llegar no tenía nada y no había posibilidad de conseguir nada de alimentos, así que a dormí cansados y hambrientos.
En ningún momento ofrecieron el wifi y tampoco hicieron el aseo a la habitación. La primera noche antes de llegar al hotel, en la calle, tuvimos que pagar a un tipo en moto que decía que era la seguridad en la noche, con susto le pagamos pero así no debe ser

Nada, por que no tenian capacidad cuando hice mi booking y me toco cancelar, y aun asi me quieren cobrar por un eror de ellos.
Tenían cuartos disponibles ala hora de hacer mi booking, luego me llega un correo de ellos diciendo que antes de pagar la mitad (el cual no es la polisa de booking.com se supone que uno paga cuando llega a su hotel) llame para asegurarme que estuviera disponible y me dijieron que andaban llenos desde hace dos semanas y segun ellos se habian quitando de la pagina de booking.com. Horrible servicio al cliente, No les recomiendo usar ese hotel, y aun asi me quieren cobrar por un eror de ellos.
Ubicado frente al mar, no a la playa, cerca hay buenos lugares para comer y beber mientras disfrutas de la vista, es un lugar seguro y tranquilo.
La habitación que nos dieron tenía olor a humedad y el lavamanos del baño estaba tapado, el baño era muy pequeño.
La cercanía a la playa 🏖️ las habitaciones por el precio estaban bien, ofrecen parqueadero, las sillas de playa, en el interior tienen espacios para comer, y lo mejor es que puedes llevar tú mascota

La cortina del baño estaba sucia cuando llegamos pero pedimos cambio y la cambiaron de una vez, también un grupo puso música muy duro dentro del hotel, sabiendo que podían beber afuera, estuvieron bebiendo hasta las 3 de la mañana sin respetar el sueño de las demás personas, super mal por parte del hotel permitir eso.
