Underwhelming experience
Pros:

Relatively new hotel. Friendly and hospitable staff.

Cons:

Bed linens did not smell fresh and the bathroom had scum buildup which was unpleasant. Daily housekeeping was not done well.

Wonderful and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great variety of food, both western and Asian at breakfast. Great location too for its accessibility to the big shopping mall next door. Great 2-bedroom executive room spacious enough for a family of 5 adults :D

Pros:

The bed was so comfortable, and the toilet looked clean. The staff was always helpful, and a lot of amenities nearby. The breakfast was also amazing. Keep it up, Oakwood.
