No extractor fan in the shower, thin walls where you could hear every thump, bang and conversation made for a poor night's sleep.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and cheap. No air circulation apart from a fan that pushed hot air around, no windows.
Not clean, dusty and dirty in toiletcand under bed.. No cooking facilities apart from a microwave.
Door wouldn't shut properly, huge safety concern. Signs on loose power sockets to hold when removing plug. Taped light switches everywhere.
Yes it was cheap, but it was also very uncomfortable with the bed, bedding, heat and noisy neighbors.

It could have been cleaner. And the bed was very uncomfortable but saying that the staff did try to help with extra padding when we asked a chair in our room would have been good and a toaster in the kitchen thanks Warwick

The room had not a pleasant smell. Felt really humid. You could hear people behind the wall using the bathroom. As mentioned, no window.
Some strange people were contantly walking around the area and trying to get insive the building. It was a bit scary.

For the price there was nothing you could really complain about

Misleading booking that advertised “private bathroom” when they meant private shower but shared toilet. Everything was dirty and falling apart, from the plugs to the ceiling. I didn’t see a single person from the staff and I felt very unsafe because of creepy interaction with a man that I could do nothing about. The room was also very hot because by “air conditioning” they meant a dirty old fan

The listing was unclear about there being shared toilets and kitchen facilities (that has since been updated in the listing after I contacted them to clarify). I was not sent the check-in details and I had to call at the front door to get the door and room key box codes as the place was unstaffed. Walls are thin so there was lots of noise from other guests talking. They supplied one hair dryer for the place but there is no plug in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom so I was unable to use it.

Very unsafe, domestic abuse occurring in shared spaces, walls are very thin so you can hear the argument. Very scary, definitely did not feel safe- DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A SOLO WOMAN, bed covers weren’t washed there were brown and red marks..

The shared bathrooms

The rooms are half the size of what they advertise, and has a shower just put in the corner of the room, no proper ensuite, this place even though it is low priced shouldn’t be operating, they are using it to house homeless people as well.
