La ubicación del hotel es excelente, la habitación muy limpia y confortable, la piscina es pequeña y sólo tiene una cama para asolearse, pero tiene muy buena vista y buena atención.

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno. Las porciones las tienen muy controladas y el sabor y calidad no son muy buenos

Alta expectativa - No se cumplió en su totalidad
Pros:

La mayoría de los empleados son atentos y respetuosos. Las habitaciones se ven relativamente nuevas. La ducha tiene agua caliente (se sugiere mejorar el mantenimiento). El aseo normal (diario y cambian sabanas). Cuenta con piscina (pequeña) en el último piso. El check in y el check out es rapido. Se encuentra cerca a la playa y al centro comercial NAO. La playa queda a dos cuadras de distancia caminando. Hay diversidad de restaurantes (costosos) alrededor del hotel. Esta el supermercado Olimpica y Mega Tiendas a dos cuadras caminando. Prestan a los huéspedes toallas para la playa (aunque son limitadas).

Cons:

No tiene servicio de transporte aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto. El desayuno tipo buffet era muy restringido, porciones pequeñas y no había mucha variedad. La piscina no tiene jacuzzi con agua caliente. Solo estaba en funcionamiento un ascensor y era complicado subir y bajar a la habitación durante la estancia. Una limonada normal cuesta $ 10.000 COP. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones presenta fallas. El baño de la habitación es pequeño. Los colchones son de resortes y un poco incomodos.
