. Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy limpio, acogedor y con instalaciones modernas. Además, lo conseguí a casi la mitad del precio de otros hoteles del sector. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Lo recomendaría.

Worst hotel in the country of Colombia.
Pros:

The location in the city was good

Cons:

This hotel treats every customer like a thief. They charge half up front. They emphasize that guests are only allowed one serving for breakfasts and stand over you to make sure. They limit electricity use for each room. They only have one elevator working. They hover over everyone like we are criminals. The employees are only doing what they are instructed to do. The owner is a miser and trusts no one. Saving money is the priority over guest comfort. Horrible experience. I do not recommend.

Cons:

The experience was average. I was assigned a room without an exterior window, which made the space feel very closed and gave the sensation of always being at night. It would be important for the hotel to clearly mention this when booking.

In addition, the room layout felt a bit strange (there was a sofa area that didn’t seem to make much sense), and the bathroom sink was leaking, so by the morning the bathroom floor was full of water. I think the hotel should improve these aspects of maintenance and room design.

Excelente hotel, el personal muy amable, pero sobretodo siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, lo recomiendo al 100%

Cons:

Que la habitación era sin ventana, solamente deberían dar opciones para escoger uno la mejor opción, hacer la diferencia de precios entre las 2 y cancelar. Aún así la habitación demasiada cómoda

Toilettenspülung ging nur schlecht , der Wasserdruck war sehr gering. Hotelpersonal konnte nicht helfen
