Had a lovely family holiday but felt out of the way and would recommend a car hire.
Pros:

It wasn’t busy as not all six units were occupied, therefore it was quiet around the pool.
Air conditioning and WiFi were excellent.
Very clean and decorated nicely throughout.
Excellent communication with the company.

Cons:

Not all windows had blinds, especially in one of the bedrooms and one window in the lounge. This made it really difficult to sleep after sunrise.
Very small kitchen area and limited space to store food. Didn’t even have any kitchen scissors.
No additional pillows or bedding available to use on the sofa bed as a family member didn’t want to share a bed, so slept on the sofa bed instead.
Didn’t realise how far away the villa was situated away from Lachania/restaurants etc.
Would recommend an information pack for guests for places to shop, recommended beaches/restaurants/places to visit.

Pros:

Nice looking villa with conditioning and terrace with beautiful view.

Cons:

We had a group of 6 people staying at the villa for a week. After second day around 8 am electricity with water disappeared. Can’t cook food, can’t take shower, can’t brush teeth, can’t even go to toilet - because of that we had to leave villa to at least have normal breakfast. Electricity with water came back only around 3-4 pm which means half day without basic comfort. 3 days in a row we were experiencing disappearance of electro and water which ruined half of trip at least. A few small things that were missing as well: normal knifes, blankets (it was cold at night), coal for cooking grill, wine glasses (they have only cups), slippers were given only to 3 people. I would like to add that some things were broken: lamp at terrace wasn’t properly working and blinking all the time so having dinners in the evening without proper lights was not pleasant at all. Mop for cleaning shower water was broken as well. There is only 1 washing machine for all villas and we were told that washing liquid will be given the next day but there was none; second and third day there was none as well so we had to go to shop and buy liquid just for us.
Only 1 key was given to us which is weird for a group of 6 people, some of us can go different directions obviously. Overall I would rate it as a fine stay but would recommend to find more comfortable place to stay.

Would totally recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful apartment and pool area, many places to just relax. Spacious and clean. Not much around, so a car is definitely needed. But some nice beach bars and restaurants aren’t too far :)

Cons:

The mattresses were a bit hard and the couch was a bit small. Some ants in the kitchen.

Superb
Pros:

We had an amazing time in this beautiful specious, new and clean apartment. Air-con in every room and the pool and pool area are beautiful and very welcoming. The villa is located in a secluded and quiet area, yet close to shops, restaurants and beaches.
The owner and the people who manage the property are very nice and aleays willing to help and answer all questions. Highly recommended!
