El lugar es agradable y las instalaciones son bonitas

Cons:

mi experiencia con el servicio fue muy negativa. La señora Verónica tuvo una actitud poco amable y en varios momentos fue grosera. Considero que sería importante fortalecer aspectos de atención al cliente, servicio y empatía, ya que la atención no fue la esperada.

Además, ante algunas consultas no hubo respuesta y cualquier situación parecía generar molestia. Incluso no se permite escuchar música y no se brinda una explicación clara al respecto.

Creo que el lugar tiene potencial, pero definitivamente deberían mejorar el trato hacia los huéspedes, ya que la atención es un aspecto fundamental para que la experiencia sea agradable.

La mejor y la más completa experiencia.
Pros:

Eco hotel súper completo. Camping, fogata, habitaciones, juegos de mesa, billar, ping pong, bolirrana, piscina, cancha de voley, bar, parqueadero, caminata ecológica, se puede acceder a varias cascadas después de pasar una caverna, cerca también hay unas ruinas,, todo sin pagar de más.

Cons:

No hay servicio de restaurante, solo se incluye el desayuno.

No habia desayuno, no tienen internet, no tienen contacto con los clientes. Reservaron a mas de un cliente en la misma habitación. llegamos y nuestra reserva ya la habìan ocupado

En los números de celular publicados nadie contesta y cuando por fin llegamos al sitio a pesar de explicarles que teníamos la reserva No.128724689 gestionada con suficiente tiempo nos dijeron que no tenían cupo y prácticamente nos cerraron la puerta de este hotel.

Cons:

Nula comunicación o su excusa fue decirnos que no tenían Internet, ni señal ni celular, nada, lejos de la carretera principal, mala atención.
