Great location but very poor service. Definitely NOT value for money.
Pros:

The location and the infrastructure

Cons:

The service was horrible- food took too long, no hot water in the showers including low water pressure. Poor internet service. Too many large groups of external day guests (20-170) that took over the hotel and made it less private for resident guests- especially for a small (boutique) hotel. There was a wedding tent that was put up infront of the guest rooms blocking the view of the Nile for 3 days. We also got a pair of shoes and teddy bear stolen!

My stay was very good, staff we nice we enjoyed
Pros:

Fire place should not depend on customer orders
Breakfast should be arranged so that people can serve what they need
Spar and Massage need to be worked.. what is there now us just improvisation not well planned

Cons:

Not putting up a fire place and not having a good spa and massage

Relaxing beautiful place but a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Location at the Nile is perfect. Very relaxing. The service personal was very caring. I put my hat on at the pool and they brought immediately an umbrella. This is just one of many examples.

Cons:

Place is luxurious but in my opinion a bit overpriced.
8am breakfast was served at 8:30am. Happens a lot in Uganda. But with this price I expect more. No space in the bathroom to hang towels or put anything next to the sink.
