Extremely noisy floating hotel – overpriced for the quality
Pros:

Nice Nile view and the location is interesting for those who like staying on the river.

Cons:

The property is actually a floating boat rather than a normal hotel building, which was not clearly explained. The first room I booked was extremely small and I had to upgrade to a larger one.
Noise is a major problem. The walls, floors, and ceiling are all wooden, so sound insulation is very poor. You can hear people walking above the room and moving tables all the time, day and night. Tourist boats passing on the Nile play very loud music and events continue until very late at night, sometimes until dawn. Then around 9 AM I was woken again by very loud staff conversations.
The furniture and flooring are worn out and need urgent maintenance. The water heater did not work properly; I waited more than 30 minutes and the water never became properly hot. Breakfast was very basic (very salty salad, eggs, and fava beans).
Overall, the price is far too high compared to the real condition and comfort level. I would not recommend it for anyone looking for quiet, comfort, or cleanliness.

숙박시설이 있으면 안될곳에 위치.
주변소음과 위층 레스토랑의 소음으로 숙면이 어려움.
작고 낡은 쿠르즈선의 숙박시설로 나일강가에 띄어놓은 숙소로 오래기다려야 더운물이 나오는 정도의 시설 수준임.
아침식사는 빵 몇개와 마트에서 파는 오랜지 주스등 매우 빈약함
왜 이런 숙소에 대한 평가가 좋게 나왔는지 이해하기가 어렵다

كنت سعيد بتجربه جديده

السعر مبالغ فيه. ووجدت حشره الصرصور بجدار الغرفه وابلغت الاداره. مدير الموقع حازم مش محترم وتلفظ على عندما ابلغته بمشكله التكييف ووجود حشرات وطلبت اعاده المبلغ المدفوع. الإخوان ببوكنغ لابد من ازاله هذا الموقع لانه بسيء لبوكنغ. علماً بأنني خرجت دون أن أستخدم الغرفه أرجو أعاده المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل 90دولار ودفعت 100 والختم موجود بالفاتوره باسمهم

مكان الأقامة متوسط بين معظم المناطق السياحية و المعامل الطبية و المطاعم و يعتبر أمن بالقرب من مراكز الشرطة ..
و يتميز العاملين بالضيافة العالية و حسن الأستقبال و المشورة و النصيحة
و أود ان اشكر الأستاذ حازم و فريق عمله و عمرو و جميع العاملين معه بالاستقبال علي كرم الضيافة و بذل الجهد في المعونة و النصيحة ..

كما يتميز بوجبة الفطور اللذيذة التي تكون متكاملة …
كما يتميز بوجود مطعم بهية .. و الذي اجزم انه افضل مطعم تناولت فيه الأطباق المصرية اللذيذة و التي لم أذق مثل طعمها …
ولذلك أنا أقيم المطعم بالدرجة الكاملة و انصح به بقوة …

It’s on a boat! Right on the Nile and with a great view of the city. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

Congested rooms, water drainage issues from bathrooms and sinks, plenty of noise from the parties surrounding the boat, noise from the restaurant upstairs.
