Quédate aquí! Es un gran y hospitalario lugar!
Pros:

Todas las personas que atienden el hotel, desde la cocina, la limpieza, son muy atentas, serviciales y hacen que te sientas en casa siempre.
Los cuartos son nuevos, muy lindos y cómodos, todo funciona perfecto. El hotel nos contacto con taxistas que facilitaron el transporte a todos los lugares que queríamos ver en el valle sagrado y fue un gran plus! El precio de los taxis fue súper razonable - súper recomendable para tours privados y el servicio genial !
El restaurante es muy bueno también!
Nos encantaría regresar.

Fantástico lugar en el valle sagrado.
Pros:

Es un lugar muy lindo, con unas vistas maravillosas del valle sagrado, una terraza cubierta donde se puede sentar a leer y ver el atardecer sobre las montañas. Todo está nuevo, limpio y en perfectas condiciones. La atención de todos fue maravillosa, especialmente Grimaldo, estuvo muy atento de todo lo que necesitábamos, incluso tener una deliciosa comida tarde en la noche al llegar de Machu Pichu, y ajustar el alojamiento para mi y mi familia, porque viajamos con mi esposo y los niños. Un atención llena de afecto y gusto por lo que hacen. Todo nuestro agradecimiento!

Pros:

Staff here are very responsible and friendly -- we run into some initial issues with room assignment due to a booking reservation bug, but the staff at reception were very kind and did all they can to help us resolve the problem. We had a great stay here and are grateful for their kindness and help.

Een oase van rust
Pros:

Het ontbijt was een heerlijk buffet. Ook lunch en avondeten was heel lekker.
De locatie was een goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de Helige Vallei en staptochten zoals de Lares Trek.

Good Service and Great Room/Location
Pros:

The service was great and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us arrange transportation through a taxi service for our trip to Machu Picchu and touring Sacred Valley. Thanks to the great hotel service, we had a great stay!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was I tried to pay for dinner one night with a credit card, which we had done every other night with no problem. However, the host said they would charge it to my room. However, I wasn't charged for the meal at checkout either. Then, a couple of days later, I got a message to pay for the meal. So, I had to go through a slightly inconvenient process of transferring the money to the hotel owner's bank account. Also, the hotel seems understaffed at times as the host was in the kitchen a lot and it took a while to receive our dinner that night. Every other night, the dinner didn't take too long to be served.

Excelente Atención de parte del personal!
Pros:

Lo que más valoramos del hospedaje en Valle del Sol, además del gran nivel de las instalaciones, fue la excepcional atención brindada por ambos hosts: Yerti y Grimaldo. Nos ofrecieron constantemente agua y té de mate de coca, nos brindaron oxígeno cuando lo necesitamos y nos asistieron para pedir todos los transportes necesarios para nuestros traslados.

Cons:

Tanto los desayunos, como la cena de la primera noche, fueron sabrosisimas. Pero, en el desayuno, la circulación en los lugares de autoservice dejaba qué desear. Y en la cena, los platos salieron muy rápido, estaban un tanto fríos y las porciones eran bastante chicas. Insisto, los platos eran un 10 en cuanto al sabor.

HERMOSO HOTEL EN YUCAY
Pros:

Es un hotel que se nota que es nuevo. Sus instalaciones esta todas a estrenar. Cuenta con ascensor cosa q no tienen todos los hoteles de la zona. Tiene un restaurante muy rico y con buenos precios
La atención del encargado de la recepción fue impecable, se nota que esta bastante solo pero el lo hace todo, atento, amable, muy resolutivo. Nos recomendó el tour privado con Pedro que fue un gran acierto!

Cons:

No es que no me haya gustado pero por si alguien es medio despistado como yo aclaro que no queda en el pueblo de urubamba sino en el anterior YUCAY.

Valle Del Sol is amazing and a big part of our wonderful memories of Peru!
Pros:

Everything about Valle Del Sol is amazing! The owner of Valle Del Sol is very kind, professional and accommodating, and his staff are all incredibly supportive with anything you need. Simply put, we were treated like family. The breakfast is excellent and we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant every night because it is so good. Highly recommend Valle Del Sol to everyone because of its location in Sacred Valley that puts you between Cusco and Machu Picchu. Valle Del Sol in Urubamba is a great place to acclimate to the higher altitude and there are many places to explore in Sacred Valley with archaeological sites, 2,000 year old salt mining terraces, llama wool farms and cool towns to explore. The location in Urubamba also serves as a good hub for a day trips to Machu Picchu, Cusco and Rainbow Mountain that were all incredible. Not to mention the breathtaking scenery and landscape of Urubamba. Highly recommend Valle Del Sol to everyone!
