Great! Enjoyed staying there. The manager made us feel really welcome in a natural way, not forced.
Pros:

The Hotel was brand new. The manager and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. They were prepared to provide whatever was needed for us and our children. The breakfast was simple but good with a choice of fruits, cereals, breads, ham, cheese, juices with the option of eggs prepared to your taste, scrambled, omelet, hard boiled etc.

Cons:

Small problem with the TV config because it hadn't been used before. Hot water was scalding at times and luke warm others. They need to calibrate the system.

Amazing experience, we are definitely making it our favorite spot to relax in the valley. AMAZING
Pros:

This hotel seems brand new, the staff was super friendly and the rooms - bless them, just perfect. The jacuzzi was AMAZING, more of a spiritual experience rather than "simple fun time". LOVED IT.

Cons:

The only thing is that at night the hotel is closed, so you can't go walking around because you'd find yourself locked out.
That being said, there isn't anything to do in Yucay in late hours, so stay in and enjoy yourself!

Pros:

It's a brand new hotel with great facilities. It's a great place for anyone that wants some comfort during their stay in the sacred valley. The hotel arranged a driver for me, for a great price, to drive around to all the amazing Inca ruins in the sacred valley. The location is good and just a few minutes down the road you can explore Urubamba with its great cafés and market.

Cons:

This was my first trip to the Sacred valley and then Cusco. It gets chilly there at night and in the mornings. The room was a bit cold the first night but the hotel made electric heaters available. The shower pressure for hot water could be a bit better.

It is a quite, beautiful and brand new hotel. We are very happy and please we picked this hotel.will recommend to anyone

It’s is very clean, very accommodating. Food was delicious. Also transportation from airport to hotel was included with the stay.
We asked for massages and the owner got someone in less than an hour. She massaged us three back to back, which was the best.
We also got a driver to drive us around the town and to see pisac ruins which the hotel owner arranged for us.
The hotel is near by the Urubamba train station,like 10minutes away so I booked our Machu Picchu train from there.

The room could be great. The hotel looks very good.

Cons:

So many things did not work. We could not pay with credit card in USD (as stated on bookin.com), the manager then calculated the price in Soles with a very unfavourable exchange rate (10% surcharge).

The heating  in the room did not work and it was quite cold (about 15 or 16°C in the room). When we finally got a gas heater the next day, it only worked for about 40 minutes. Then the gas bottle was empty. He could not provide another one.

So we were supposed to move to another room on the third day. But the radiator was only luke warm and there were lots of pubic hairs in the toilet bowl and sticking to the rim, etc etc. Finally we left and were very happy with the new accomodation we found.

The hotel looks great on the pictures, but only 3 of about 30 rooms are finished. The rest is in shell status, very strange.

An amazing stay in the heart of Urubamba—comfortable, welcoming, and unforgettable.
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, complete with a private mini spa that made it feel luxurious. The restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Grimaldo, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Cons:

It got a bit cold at night, and during the town festivities, the street could be noisy at times—but these were minor and didn’t take away from how wonderful the stay was.

Beautiful new hotel in a scenic town
Pros:

I can’t express how much this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I booked the room at a bargain rate for a property of this standard, but then also got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and a transfer from Cusco.
To say that we loved staying at Valle Del Sol is a gross understatement. We felt like the dearest guests, with the team attending to all our needs. The manager, Grimaldo, went above and beyond. Not only he picked us from Cusco airport personally, he also arranged us taxis, tours, special meals and helped me get medications as one of us was ill on arrival.
The hotel is new, modern and beautiful. Everything is as described, and in perfect condition.
Would love to stay here again.

I spent one night in Cusco before heading to the Sacred Valley, and it was definitely the right call—the weather there is so much nicer! I stayed at this hotel, and it was absolutely beautiful. It’s a big place, my room was super spacious, and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was incredible, with tons of options, and the reception staff was so friendly. 100% recommend!
