Skvělá lokalita, výhoda bezkontaktního check-inu

Cons:

Špinavý pokoj, obzvlášť u postele; nebyl pravidelný úklid - při 5 denním pobytu jsme již neměli kam vyhazovat odpadky, obzvlášť krabice po snidaních; nedostatek toaletního papíru; co se týče snídaně, každý den dostáváte to stejné

War ganz okay, aber besser anstelle des Balkons lieber mit Terrasse mieten.
Pros:

Sehr zentral, ordentlich eingerichtet, große Küche.

Cons:

Bettwäsche hat nach Schweiß gerochen. Balkonblick auf heruntergekommenen Innenhof. Kaffeemaschine war kaputt. Parkplätze sind Mangelware und sehr teuer. Zum Teil bis 15€ die Stunde. Als Option Park-App runterladen und von 9.00 bis 21.00 Uhr alle 3 Stunden Parkzeit erneuern (3 Std. / 6€)

Pros:

nice apartment

Cons:

flooring needs renovation, beds are not the most confortable, breakfast is horible, it would be best if they remove it completely (doggy bad with a slice of bread, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese, 2 small croissants and a small orange juice)

Great apartments in lively area
Pros:

Spacious apartments with separate bed and living room. The bedroom was very quiet. Small but well equipped kitchen area. Little balcony. Lots of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Less than 10 minute walk to the next metro station. Good air conditioning. The self check-in worked without problems

Cons:

The bathroom felt a bit dated and had seen better days (but it was clean). Half of the time the light in the hallways were not working so getting downstairs you needed a torchlight; not sure if that is a temporary problem.

Ottime stanze, spaziose e confortevoli

Cons:

La pulizia sarebbe potuta essere un po’ più accurata, mancanza totale di staff e nessuna accoglienza, non c’era neanche una piccola macchinetta per il caffè

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and is ideal for longer stays. One of the best features was the spacious terrace, and it’s worth noting that the check-out time is 3:00 PM, which is later than at most hotels and very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was that some walls didn’t have power outlets, and a few of the existing ones weren’t working properly. Apart from that, the staff were very responsive via WhatsApp and helped us quickly with everything we needed.

Pros:

The room layout with the kitchen and fully functional aircon was out of the world . I liked the fact that we could access with codes and no hassle of keys . The staff was super responsive on the WhatsApp business chat and also helped arranged the blanket I requested for. More importantly the location was central so worked amazing for us with super stores near by. Overall a great find and instructions to access the apartment super easy and helpful. Me and my daughter had a chilled time

Cons:

A minor point was the common area hallway light which wasn't coming on which seemed to be a switch issue.

Posizione ottima e stanza comoda.

Cons:

La colazione è inadeguata per il suo costo, anche in considerazione del fatto che in zona ci sono molti caffè carini ed economici.
L’assenza del servizio bagagli è incomprensibile.

Bruyant. Les gens discutent longtemps tard dans les couloirs et escaliers et ça raisonne. La lumière du couloir reste allumette la nuit et on a l’impre6qu’il fait jour dans la pièce
