Bardzo udany pobyt! Pokoje były komfortowe, basen świetny, a cała obsługa niezwykle pomocna i życzliwa od momentu zameldowania aż do wyjazdu. Śniadania były przepyszne, a lokalizacja hotelu jest po prostu rewelacyjna. Bardzo spodobała nam się przyjazna, rodzinna atmosfera – dzieci mogły swobodnie bawić się w basenie i skakać do wody, co stworzyło naprawdę fantastyczny klimat. Hotel ma świetny wystrój i bardzo pozytywny vibe. Jedyną drobną uwagą był zapach w jednym z pokoi, ale poza tym wszystko stało na naprawdę wysokim poziomie. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

Une île magnifique!
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de notre logement (appartement économique), situé à quelques mètres de l'hôtel Alia, proche du centre balnéaire de Haraki, des 3 plages et des restaurants de la station. Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île. Le logement (prévu pour 4 personnes ) est spacieux et très propre. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et réactif aux demandes. Nous avons eu quelques soucis suite à notre première nuit. Nous en avons parlé avec le responsable qui a été réactif et a fait le nécessaire pour que nous puissions passer une bonne nuit ensuite.

Cons:

La nourriture du petit déjeuner n'a pas été apprécié. Malgré la quantité et la variété (petit déjeuner anglais), la qualité est à revoir (les fruits n'ont pas de goût, les jus et confitures sont extrêmement sucrés). Comme il y a des fruits frais, un hôtel de cette gamme devrait proposer des jus frais. Il était indiqué sur ma feuille de réservation que nous pouvions arriver à 14h mais nous avons dû attendre 45 min que quelqu'un vienne nous enregistrer. Une autre famille attendait également.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la petite piscine privative qu'offrait notre logement. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse, mais le balcon un peu petit avec les chiliennes qui prenaient beaucoup de place.

Cons:

L'hôtel se situe au bord de la route, et les photos présentes dans l'annonce de l'hôtel sont un peu trompeuses. En effet on y voit des photos d'un hôtel en bord de plage etc... Or il s'agit du deuxième établissement de la franchise présent a haraki. Les restaurants sont eux aussi situés dans ce deuxième établissement, il faut s'y rendre à pied ou en voiturette de golf avec les employés.
A notre arrivée dans notre chambre nous avions des peignoirs, dépareillés, dont un sans ceintures. Ces peignoirs ne nous ont pas été remis après le nettoyage de notre chambre le deuxième jour.
Des remontées d'odeurs d'égout étaient présentes dans notre chambre, pas très gênant, mais pas très agréable non plus.
Chaque jour nous passions par l'endroit où est réalisé le buffet du petit déjeuner et la propreté des plaques où sont réalisés les pancakes restent vraiment a désiré. Une couche noire était présente et ne donnait pas envie du tout ...

We were genuinely shocked by the condition of this property. The room looked nothing like the professionally edited photos advertised online. There were visible construction defects and poor workmanship throughout the room, including cracked walls, poorly finished surfaces, damaged fixtures, and numerous details that made the entire place feel cheap and neglected. The bathroom was especially disappointing and nowhere near the quality you would expect from a property marketed as a luxury suite. The windows, furniture, and overall condition of the room gave the impression that the property had either been poorly built or not properly maintained. The accommodation presents itself online as a modern boutique hotel, but in reality it felt unfinished and far below the standard advertised. For the price we paid, the value for money was extremely poor. We simply cannot understand how this property has received so many positive reviews. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

After submitting my complaint, I discovered that the hotel had changed our reservation dates from July to October without our knowledge or consent and at a higher price. My initial impression was that this may have been an attempt to prevent us from leaving a review, as the booking would technically not yet have been completed. I immediately reported this to Booking.com. They restored the original booking details and informed me that they had opened an investigation into the hotel’s actions.

Una buona soluzione
Pros:

Accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dello staff .
Sempre pronti ad aiutarci.
Le foto sono uguali alla realtà. Bella la stanza con accesso diretto alla piscina comune.

Cons:

Piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza .La pulizia della camera ed i particolare del bagno non sempre sono stati perfetti.
Anche la colazione può essere migliorata. Buona ma uguale tutta la settimana.

We would love to come back next year.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to all the facilities and attractions it offers, including the swimming pool, a beach with sun loungers, the bar, and the restaurant. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere, without an excess of noisy tourists, made our stay especially relaxing. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Cons:

There were a few minor shortcomings, but I was fully aware that I had chosen a budget-friendly option. Because of that, I was pleasantly surprised rather than disappointed. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay.

The staff - is simply excelent.

Cons:

Firstly, we were given a different room from the one we had booked. We were informed upon checking in that the room allocation had recently changed and that our accommodation would instead be in the main building. They were kind enough to leave us checking in earlier as we were travelling with 2 children, awake from 2 am - but again this was due to the staff willingness which it made the staying pleasant.

Regarding the room itself, it appeared to be clean. However, the kettle had clearly not been cleaned for a very long time, which was particularly inconvenient as I needed it to prepare milk for my child.

TV was not working, they had to replace it.

The baby travel cot provided was also in poor condition. One side was broken and could not be fully opened or secured properly. In addition, no mattress was provided with the cot. After requesting one, we were given what appeared to be a single-bed mattress topper instead. Unfortunately, it had a strong mouldy smell, so we had to leave it outside in the fresh air and sunlight in an attempt to make it usable.
