Ruime schone kamer en badkamer, goed bed, vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, prima ontbijt, parkeergarage onder het hotel, groot stadspark tegenover het hotel.

Heel ruime kamer met een heerlijk bed.
Ontbijt niet gehad (erg veel geld pp, zoveel ontbijten we niet), maar zag er goed uit. In de bar kan je ook los een croissant bestellen bij de koffie in de ochtend. Goede service, aardige medewerkers.
Kamerprijs viel me mee ivgm andere hotels. Maar drank en eten best hoog geprijsd. Locatie top. Valet parking mogelijk.

Jammer dat ze geen fietsen te huur hebben

Fawlty Towers (UK 1970s sitcom) experience!
Pros:

We had previously stayed in the sister hotel close to Antwerp Airport so were expecting a similar experience. The food in the restaurant is well cooked. Service is slow. I got my glass of red wine when I had finished my steak! Breakfast is good but be prepared for it to be cleared away at 10:15 when the stated weekday time is 10:30. The swimming pool is very nice. Our room was spacious with a bath & shower.

Cons:

We arrived at the property to discover the advertised valet parking was unavailable. The receptionist informed me I could use the car park at my own risk at a cost of €35 per night. I checked the height limit and it showed 1.8m. Strangely a van exited so I have no idea if the 1.8m warning is accurate. This is too low for my vehicle. We had to park at the central station. After a nights sleep we discovered that both elevators were out of order. Our room was on floor 4. We therefore had to use the stairs to access the swimming pool and breakfast. Exhausting! When we got to the swimming pool we discovered no towels were provided! I assume this policy has something to do with the hotels issue with guests walking through the lobby bar to use the pool. There are signs everywhere stating they don't like it. Luckily the elevator was repaired for us the checkout. Be aware cyclists race past the hotel entrance! It's an accident waiting to happen. IMHO if you want a reliable stay use the VDV hotel at the airport not this Park Lane address

Pros:

The staff were professional and welcoming, especially the bar staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the towels in the rooms had been of a higher quality and a bit thicker.
In the gym, I would have appreciated it if the equipment had been checked to ensure it was in proper working order, and if there had been a set of dumbbells and an additional workout bench.

Beautiful hotel with great staff, fabulous night's sleep
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a stunning room. Extremely comfortable bed, we slept really well. Lovely bathroom with a spa bath which was really relaxing. The staff were great, so helpful and welcoming. We did not stay for breakfast but had a snack at the bar which was tasty

Weekend for older couple visiting son and grandchildren.
Pros:

Clean and stylish. Good location for us as visiting family but also only a half hour walk to the centre of Antwerp and near the station.

Cons:

A tiny thing but some USB or C ports would be welcome.

Cons:

Ik vond dat de airco best veel herrie maakte en je kon deze ook niet instellen dat hij harder of zachter ging.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
