Très jolie, suite et vue imprenable!
Pros:

bel hôtel avec des chambres très confortables et bien décorées. Qualité de literie excellente!
Un hôtel où on peut passer du temps, sans s’ennuyer :
Un joli bar, une terrasse, une piscine avec un jacuzzi et sauna et etc. c’est vraiment top après une journée de marche.
Petit déjeuner au buffet absolument exceptionnel avec des plats à la demande, compris dans le buffet comme des pancakes, des œufs Bénédicte, omelettes en tout genre etc… un vrai délice!!!
Le personnel au bar et au petit déjeuner était très agréable et aux petits soins.

Cons:

J’ai été déçue par l’accueil à la réception que ce soit le manque de cordialité ou le problème de langue ( je me débrouille en néerlandais et en anglais donc j’ai su comprendre sans problème mais c’est dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing)
Déçu également par le restaurant, c’est moi. Sur la qualité des plats servis.

Good hotel facilities, but a costly parking incident, lack of customer care left negative impression

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a very disappointing experience due to incorrect information provided by the hotel staff.
When we checked in on Saturday around 17.00, we specifically asked the receptionist where we should park because the hotel's parking was fully booked. She informed us that we should use a private parking until 22:00, and then move our car to the street next to the hotel because parking would be free after 22:00 and throughout Sunday. She also told us not to park directly in front of the hotel because it is a Kiss & Ride area.
We followed these instructions exactly. After 22:00, we moved our car to the street on the left-hand side of the hotel, where we saw a parking ("P") sign. At no point we were warned that different sections of the same street had different parking restrictions or that we should carefully check the additional signage before parking there.
The following morning, our car was gone. My husband was understandably very worried and immediately went to the reception. The receptionist told him that "this happens often," called the police, and confirmed that our car had been towed.
We had to pay €278 to recover our vehicle, and instead of enjoying our Sunday in the city as planned, we spent several hours dealing with the police and retrieving our car.
The hotel's only response was to repeatedly say "sorry," without acknowledging that the incorrect advice given by their staff directly contributed to what happened. What disappointed us the most was in fact the hotel's response. Apart from saying "sorry," there was no acknowledgement that the misleading advice given by their staff had contributed to this situation, nor any attempt to demonstrate genuine concern for the impact it had on our stay.
This experience cost us €278, caused unnecessary stress, and ruined a significant part of our visit.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!!
Pros:

Lekker bed, fijne locatie met kids. Park aan de overkant heeft fantastische speeltuin.

Nice hotel but some issues with bathrooms
Pros:

The staff was very lovely and nice.
The pool was nice and open until very late.
The bar was very nice and had multiple choices. Cool for an ice latte in the morning too.

Cons:

We had a first room and there was a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom.
We had to change rooms and the second one had a leak in the shower head...
So very disappointed by the showers in such hotel based on its standard and pricing.

For the pool, there was a broken glass on the floor when we went there (hopefully we did not get any cuts)
And the second day, kids were playing so loud it was not relaxing.

Wellness centre was much needed, thank you! and overall it was a super pleasant stay.
Pros:

Bedroom exceeded our expectations, very lovely room and bathroom. The bed was nice but the pillows weren't too comfortable. Wellness centre and bar were amazing, sauna was a nice relax moment and the pool was great, not too big.

Cons:

it was only 1 night, so I am sure we did not experience everything this hotel had to offer, we did not use the gym.
