Really great place with a very big problems
Pros:

The place is amazing, they have a nice spa center, rooms are freshly renovated and I even feeling very sorry to write a review like that BUT👇

Cons:

There are rats in the hotel, I saw them multiple times running through the restaurant and the kitchen. And yes it was my mistake after seeing them to order a cake in the bar, but it was my birthday. As a result I spent entire evening and night of my birthday throwing out because of the stomach infection, which I got bc of the rats. When I noticed stuff about rats and my “experience” the answer was “yes we know about that”. Like and what? No excuses? Just nothing. And if you know about rats why do you even serve food from kitchen with rats!!! As a result my birthday wasn’t the experience what I expected for sure

Excellent hotel in the old jewish area of Antwerp
Pros:

Very good facilities, excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable bed

Cons:

We saw a rat in the dining area, running around one evening.

Heureusement que la qualité de l’établissement on compensait largement… et que nous avons pu trouver nous même une solut
Pros:

Propreté et qualité de l’équipement ainsi que l’emplacement et excellent petit déjeuner ( produits de qualité…)

Cons:

Accueil à la réception pour 3 raisons précises :
on était 3 ( mon fils sa copine et moi ) mon fils participant au tour des Flandres ( les clubs) avant un vélo 🚲 professionnel ( +/- 10.000 € ) il ne voulait pas prendre le risque d’un vol en le laissant la nuit dans la voiture… on a donné différentes solutions ( le local à bagages ou enlever les roues et le mettre en chambre… ce vélo est extra léger et est un bijou pour mon fils …
De plus ils ont profité de la situation pour me facturer 300 € de plus pour les 2 chambres 😳, lorsque j’ai constaté l’erreur, l’employé me dit que c’est une erreur de la part de booking 🙄( le soir même je jette un œil sur l’application booking… aucune erreur ( les prix du jour et du lendemain étaient toujours les mêmes, càd ceux pour lesquels j’avais réservé quelques mois auparavant…)
Bref le 3 iem point négatif, on ne parle une des 3 langues du pays , en l’occurrence le français 😏

Positiivinen yllätys hinta/laatu ja erinomainen ravintola sekä cocktail-baari.
Pros:

Sijainti kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä juna-asemalta, kauniin puiston laidalla. Erityisesti hotellin ravintolatarjonnan laatu ja palvelu siellä yllätti positiivisesti. Huone oli mukava ja toimiva, ei liikenteen ääntä. Viihtyisän näköinen ulkoalue korttelin sisällä. Nyt oli viileää, joten sinne emme menneet istumaan. Hyvän kokoinen uima-allasalue hotellin spaksi.

Cons:

Spa-osaston pukuhuonejärjestelyt erikoiset, niissä kehittämisen varaa yksityisyyden osalta. Kannattaa vaihtaa kylpytakki ja uima-asu jo hotellihuoneessa.

The location and breakfast were both fine

Cons:

There was noise from cars on the road that could be heard in my room. In the wellness and fitness area, especially the shower area, the drainage did not work very well at times
