Stayed there only because of late check-in and was not sure which other hotel is lying about their facilities.
Pros:

Staff were nice, but can’t compensate for poor facilities

Cons:

A/C didn’t work.
Dirty / stained bed sheets - didn’t feel like sleeping
Dirty bathroom - didn’t feel comfortable to step in
Hard to flush toilet
No bathtub as listed
No fruit juice as listed on the menu

Cons:

Okay für eine Nacht, aber es war relativ laut, da direkt vor dem Fenster einige Geräte liefen.

Fine for a very economical stay
Pros:

Location is strategic
Room was big enough and clean
Easy to get local transport
Value for money for very basic stay

Cons:

Service was not good, had to call up thrice even for a bottle of drinking water
Room had an electric kettle but no tea/coffee/sugar sachets (had to explicitly request for those)
Front desk and service boys did not seem professional enough
Front desk called up (even without checking their accounts) for pending dues after I had checked out which turned out to be incorrect when I gave them my payment details
Complimentary Breakfast was basic and all things were cold; had to explicitly request items to be reheated
Complimentary Breakfast was only vegetarian and even a pair of boiled eggs costed 80 INR (they hadnt even heard of scrambled eggs :))

Pros:

Horrible experiance
Pros:

Nothing to like about ASTRA Hotels.

Cons:

Last minute they called to tell me that they are overbooked and moved my booking to another far-off property. The staff was non-cooperative and untrained. Overall a horrible experiance.
