worst experience of my life
Cons:

the reception guy wearing black suit was really rude.. they even don't know how to deal with the customer.. he was talking like a boss to me.. and he kept saying that i have to pay extra if i have to stay i told him that this is the price which is showing on the phone and saying that your time is over i mean really?
this is how you're going to deal with your clients.. i paid but again he was really arrogant .. the rooms were really uncleaned ..

The staff was not good they did a scam with us first they recieve extra charges over the booking.com fare for air conditions. Then despite paying extra charges they turn off air condition at mid night

Location, rooms and overall environment was good

Cons:

It was good experience overall. However extremely dissatisfied with their arrival service.
I understand check in time ia 12AM but i asked in advance to check in at 8AM.later when i reached there they charged me whole day for it saying that check in before 12AM will be charged at full day. Though room was available too. Hotel staff should be cooperative
