It was a great stay, but the pillows are too soft

Pros:

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and well stocked and parking was convenient. Love this place will definitely stay again!

Girl scout trip success
Pros:

I loved how friendly the staff was. They were really awesome at accommodating my girl scout troop for the night. The girls loved the rooms and the pool.

I couldn’t sleep in the terrible bed.
Pros:

It was clean and a great location.

Cons:

The bed was the worst. I could not sleep which is the whole point of a hotel. Home2 hotels are a go to for me but the bed at this one was just awful, hard and lumpy.

Nice hotel - risky parking
Pros:

Large suite - comfortable bed

Cons:

On our 1st night 5 vehicles were broken into. There was no security guard for the parking lot, even though staff was aware that break-ins were a recurring problem. A security vehicle was left parked at the front of the parking lot as a deterrent but obviously had no effect. Two nights later 10 vehicles were broken into.
Impossible to understand how no security was hired when the problem was so well known and currently active.
Parking at owner's risk signage is clearly a dodge of responsibility for a near certainty.

Exceptional hotel for the money. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to travel to the location.
Pros:

The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The facilities were modern and clean and the staff very friendly. We stayed here for just one evening and it was very close to our intended destination. We always check the ratings and reviews on any hotel before we ever book a hotel through booking. This site definitely stood up to that recommendation. The breakfast was wonderful probably the best breakfast we've ever received at a hotel of this caliber.

Everything was exceptional with this hotel.

Excellent
Pros:

The staff especially… Alison went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was excellent we were travelling with our two grown adult children and their partners for a concert. She made sure that we had everything we needed was attentive and displayed the true meaning of hospitality thank you Allison for your dedication. You make this property excel, and every way possible thank you to the Moore staff in the front desk staff in the cleaning staff that have all done exceptional jobs, and maintaining and exceeding customer expectations!

Help in a difficult situation
Pros:

Loved everything about this Hotel
The staff especially Manager Sean were exceptional helping me of a difficult situation.The staff was all polite and very helpful. This hotel is very clean, bright and new. The breakfast was awesome, wide variety and staff was right there to assist and replenish. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent! Would recommend!!!
Pros:

It was clean and the room was large with a fridge/freezer and microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker!

Cons:

The lobby bathroom was small & breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, so we were unable to eat any because we had to be somewhere by 7:15 (gymnastics meet). But we were glad there was a large fridge to store food in.

A weekend out with my granddaughters.
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly staff l loved the spacious room and the amenities. The breakfast was good but average.

Cons:

I did not like the rudeness of the other guests while I was in the pool with my granddaughters. But unfortunately you can't control the actions of others.
