On est un peu plus livrer à nous même comparer aux autres hôtel que l on a pu faire
Ex ; je demande un tutuk normalement tous les autres hôtels depuis que je suis la il appel le tuktuk pour nous et la le gas de la réception me dit tu as pick me ? Donc en gros Ben demerde toi et passe par pick me.

Best service ever....!
Pros:

We stayed for a week and had the most wonderful time. The hotel facilities are great but wat makes this place truly great is the amazing staff. Everyone treated us with such kindness. A big thank you to the efficient house keeping boys, to the friendly service staff and the chefs making the most amazing food, to the friendly reception staff and the always smiling bellboys and to management for always checking in on us. You are a true reflection of the warm hospital people of Sri Lanka. We will cherish these memories forever. Thank you all 🙏

Good short stay, worth the money
Pros:

The room is large, comfy bed, nice shower, the proximity to the center, and it’s really close to this one spa called Nirwaan Ayurvedic Spa, really nice spa massage there. Staffs are super! My sandal was broken and they found me a new one and said that I could keep it seeing me walking bare feet , how kind :)

Cons:

There were some gardeners working outside in the garden which is attached to the balcony of my room, it would be nice if they could work on some other days when these rooms are not occupied to ensure guests privacy. Dinner buffet was really nothing special, selections were just okay, Tastes could definitely be better, salad bar could be more fresh.
