Pros:

Το internet ήταν πάρα πολύ κακό. Ταξίδεψα για δουλειά και τελικά πέρασα τον περισσότερο χρόνο εκτός δωματίου σε καφέ για να έχω σύνδεση. Δεν έχει καθόλου φυσικό φως, και καθόλου χώρο να φας ή να κάτσεις να. Η κουζίνα δεν είναι για μαγείρεμα. Γενικά είναι ένα καλό δωμάτιο για να πάει κάποιος διακοπές και να είναι όλη μέρα έξω. Σίγουρα όχι για να περάσει την μέρα του.

Cons:

Wi-Fi sinal péssimo, recebi uma mensagem totalmente equivocada sendo ameaçada no domingo, relatando que estava fazendo barulho e fui acordada com essas ligações, falaram que ia chamar a polícia, pois bem, não indico pra ninguém.. fora que na área de fumantes tem um foco de DENGUE , tem que olhar isso urgente!!!!!

Pros:

Closeness to the old town.

Cons:

1)Rooms are really small. Not a lot of place to organize your stuff (no cabinets, drawers). Pictures on Booking.com do not reflect this.
2)Often this place was out of hot water (system consist of solar based heater with electric back up owners claim - never the less at multiple time there was no hot water)
3)Supplies delivery (toilet paper etc) on demand, you need to let them know couple days ahead that you are running low.
4)One of our friends ended up with room that had sewage smell...management came up with BS story that its how the property is linked to city sewage system and when it rains it smells...it has not rain Rethymno for weeks !

You get what you paid for. Price is really reasonable for the location just don't expect 5* accommodation.

Sauberkeit und die Lage

Cons:

Extrem laut durch bellenden Hunden in den neben Wohnungen
Eine sehr aubgenutzte Matratze wo durch Mann die innere metal Federn spürt
Kleines Bett und ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit smallem Durchgang wenig Platz durch die überflüssige Küche
Die Dusche hatte keinen Wasserdruck und es gab nur kaltes Wasser
Die Spülung der Toilette ist ausgefallen (es gab zwischenzeitlich kein wasser )
