The location!

The whole place was very dirty.... The pictures are not the same as the reality. This is a hostel and not a hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación tiene mucho comercio y fácil conseguir buses a varias partes de la ciudad

Cons:

lo único es que el abanico estaba roto en la base no podía mover el abanico hacia la mesa para poder trabajar en un proyecto pero el clima de la zona es muy fresco

Hay varios hoteles / hostels en la ciudad con el mismo nombre OJO
Pros:

Nunca pude conocerlo, la información es confusa y terminé llegando a otro hotel con exactamente el mismo nombre que el que reservé. Al llegar ahí tuve que buscar otro hotel en la misma cuadra porque teníamos demasiado equipaje, estábamos apurados y con poco tiempo.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, muy buen sector con buena comunicación de transporte y muy buena oferta gastrónomica a los alrededores.

Cons:

A veces el humo que generaba el restaurante de abajo del hotel entraba a la habitación, y la dejaba un poco impregnada con olor a comida. Pero más allá de eso, todo correcto.

Me dieron una habitación diferente a la que escogí, sin ventanas.
Pros:

La ubicación no es exacta porque aparece señalada en un lugar diferente de donde realmente es. Casa de los Pinos es un hotel a un cuadra del parque San Pío en Cabecera donde de hecho hay una recepción. Allí hice el checkin pero me dijeron que mi reserva era para un hotel que estaba a “ 4 cuadras”. Realmente el “hostal” era más un inquilinato, con baja seguridad en l puerta de entrada y alejado del lugar mostrado en el mapa. Deberían estar registrados como otro hotel.

Cons:

Me asignaron una habitación diferente de la que había escogido por la página de booking. Cuando hice el reclamo dijeron que no había más disponibilidad y que si quería cambiar al día siguiente tendría que pagar más. La habitación que me dieron no tenía ventanas, olía fuertemente a perro y era muy precaria. En la habitación del lado habían dejado u perro encerrado qué lloro toda la tarde hasta cuando su dueña llegó en la noche.
