Everything was good
Room was spacious and well designed, everything was comfortable. Personel was great despite language barrier (poor or non existing English). Plus for what’s up contact given during check in - there was a well informed person with good written English - very helpful to get invoice after your stay.
Breakfast could be improved, sometimes you have to wait for elevator quite some time, naw of hotel is confusing as it is not visible anywhere outside and even inside you enter to other hotel and than have to go to 30th floor to check-in. Some kind of explanation and step by step direction information how to get to the reception received before arrival would be appreciated

Housekeeping is also excellent — everything is clean, tidy, and well maintained.
And the girls on the first floor are amazing too — always smiling and creating a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
Overall, the service feels warm and genuine. Highly recommend 👍

They can’t send me invoice in English. Every day the same breakfast and it was mainly fried meal. Not good. Around the hotel there was construction site, I asked for better room on the other side, but they didn’t offer it.
Location is very good. Rooms are new. Connie n a male staff at reception is vety helpful
Reception area is very messy and during rainy season..the floor is very slippery at reception area.
Good location. It’s next to subway station and a shopping mall.
The lift looks old and waiting time may take around 10mins to arrive.
