Special thanks to the girls at the reception — always friendly, helpful with any questions, and they truly make you feel welcome.
Housekeeping is also excellent — everything is clean, tidy, and well maintained.
And the girls on the first floor are amazing too — always smiling and creating a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
Overall, the service feels warm and genuine. Highly recommend 👍

They can’t send me invoice in English. Every day the same breakfast and it was mainly fried meal. Not good. Around the hotel there was construction site, I asked for better room on the other side, but they didn’t offer it.
Location is very good. Rooms are new. Connie n a male staff at reception is vety helpful
Reception area is very messy and during rainy season..the floor is very slippery at reception area.

The lift looks old and waiting time may take around 10mins to arrive.
Super close to metro station and also have late night eateries nearby
